We’d like to clarify that Transak never contacts users to place orders, promote investments, or encourage purchases through third-party or scam websites. Transak is solely a payment and conversion provider, facilitating the conversion of fiat to crypto (and vice versa).

As per our review, you voluntarily selected Transak as the payment partner and completed KYC using your own documents. Based on this, you were identified as a legitimate customer, and the order was placed according to your instructions.

The cryptocurrency was successfully processed and delivered on-chain to the wallet address you entered during checkout. Transak does not provide or control wallets, nor do we store user funds. If you’re unable to view the crypto in your wallet, we kindly recommend contacting your wallet provider for further assistance.

Please note that an order confirmation email, including the transaction details and hash, was sent to your registered email address as proof of successful delivery.

We strongly advise users to remain cautious of third parties offering guaranteed returns or directing them to purchase crypto, as these are common indicators of scams. If you believe a third party was involved, we recommend reporting the incident to your local authorities and bank.
