Karen, the educator was very welcoming she put me at ease straight away , she was very thorough with the A&P ,I asked lots of questions, and she give me the right answer every time ,the salon is very nice and clean the 1-1 training is really good as you learn alot as your not having to wait because your not in a group setting ,it was value for money and you also take home a full kit to get you going right away.

Amazing day with Karen training to do brow lamination, brow wax and tint and lash lift, Karen made me feel really comfortable and gave me the confidence I needed, no question was too big or small and she always helped me when I needed it, I would 100% recommend Karen to do any training with and I will definitely be back to do more training in the future.

Learning with Karen is amazing! As soon as I sat down with Karen I instantly felt comfortable and ready to learn with her. Karen is very approachable which is great as I could ask any and as many questions as I wanted. She has taught me so many skills, techniques, etc and I now already feel like I can take in clients to perform these treatments. I am returning to do the eyelash extension course and I can not wait. If you’re looking to train in any of Karen’s subjects do not look any further ! I have done research for weeks leading up to my course and believe I made the BEST decision when I booked Tranquill. Before the course I was sent all my manuals to read over to give me a base knowledge to go into my training day with . Karen was the kindest and most knowledgable trainer I’ve ever worked with. I felt comfortable through out the process . Karen does not hesitate to go into great detail and answer any questions you have at all. I was welcomed back with another model no questions asked after my training and even my client loved the vibe and welcoming attitude from Karen and the girls: I feel confident in the treatment I trained in with Karen an very knowledgable. I also feel Karen would be on hand to help at any time should i need her and have no worries or anxiety about contacting her further if I needed to. Thank you Karen for all your help and knowledge .
