What started out as a negative experience ended up leaving me feeling positive once more about Halversons products, why? The swift and courteous response from Jacob Sorensen (Dealer Support Manager) and Tracey Robinson (Sales Office Support) at TranAm Ltd.

Long story short, my replacement Halversons motorcycle jacket which was less than 2 years old developed problem with pocket zips. Despite attempts I couldn’t get them replaced under warranty, as outside warranty period. I contact Halversons Sweden, who referred matter to their UK arm, TranAm. Within 48 hours I received notification from Jacob with a suitable offer, and with 24 hours my new jacket was despatched by Tracey Robinson. Both were extremely helpful and efficient, and if anyone is experiencing problems I highly recommend you deal with TranAm. I shall definitely be dealing with them in the future. Can’t praise these two highly enough.

Been dealing with Brandon regarding a Rukka jacket, trying to purchase it whilst stores saying it’s out of stock, his help and commitment has been first class. I have been in business for over 35 years and treat customer service as one of the main things to a successful business, he is a credit to Tranam and can’t speak highly enough of him, Top class !

They have a fantastic rep, and a selection of only the best gear for bikers. Not to mention anything needed for your dogs they can provide.

Good range of quality motorcycle gear from my favourite brands. Ordered through one of their dealers Falco Viky boots, - delivery was quick and smooth, and have done loads of happy miles while wearing these boots in all weather conditions. Recently bought C5 helmet as needed a new touring helmet, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. Had to contact their customer support which was quick and helpful when I had a sizing question. Overall, reliable company and would happily buy through them again!

The customer service is brilliant couldn't fault the company as a whole, the sales team answered all my questions about my 1400 carbon regarding a warranty claim, once my helmet got sent back it got fixed straight away and was amazing couldn't fault anyone. had a great experience. 5 stars

Absolutely disgusting customer service and doesn't honour their warranty i wouldn't Evan give them 1 star very very poor. scorpion helmet pinlock issues fogging up been back twice for testing and saying no faults and obviously there is the lady in sales is very abrupt and doesn't let you finish talking not letting issue rest next step is going to get my solicitor involved

Terrible customer service they don’t honnor genuine warranty claims and there customer service is disgustingly terrible

SENA SC2 REVIEW BROKEN - WARRANTY REFUSED
Two week old Sena sc2 was intermittent working. The comms unit switched on and worked. The following day it didnt. Performed the reset procedure and eventually after several attempts it turned on and works. Turned it off, got the bike ready, and changed into my riding gear, and it wouldn't turn on again.

These guys do not stand by their product and refuse to warranty it. Every excuse not to replace it under warranty.
