Excellent Follow Through & trademark strategy. The great thing about utilizing Trama was that you're actually employing a legal team to handle all of the paperwork and red tape for you. The cost, when considering what the USTPO fees are, isn't that much more and worth every penny. This was especially true in my case as the team ran into a snag with the USTPO. Their strategies and explanations to the agency were what pushed the application through and honestly, I would not have thought of those on my own.

Again, if you utilize their service simply for ease of use and time savings, it's worth every penny. When you combine that with legal expertise, it's invaluable.

I have to say that I was truly impressed by the client-first approach showcased by the whole team. The otherwise complicated process of registering a trademark in multiple countries (i.e. you need a separate legal representative for each of them) is extremely smooth with Trama as they seem to have a pro attorney everywhere.

We got exactly what Trama advertises - simple, fast and affordable registration of our trademark. But what I was really impressed about is the fact that Trama’s commitment to its clients goes well beyond what the company advertises.

Shortly after the successful registration of our trademark in all countries, including the US where the process takes nearly a year (!), we have noticed our competitor using our brand name on Youtube. All this effort to protect our brand seemed to go to waste. We approached Trama for their guidance, and the legal team was absolutely superb. We had no idea that fighting brand infringement becomes so easy with a registered trademark (and these guys in our corner). 2 days later, all of the infringing videos were banned on Youtube. I’m most impressed!
