I used Trality for a short time and it seems fine to me. I decided to stop trading crypto and now only hodl, but I had no problems with Trality while I used it. If using bots is for you, this is not bad.

I had  an issue today at Trality.com

Recently I rent a Bot trading, paid subscription plan but did not appear working.
So I decided to get in touch with the customer service team. They were very responsive and helpful. They took the time to understand my issue and send me step-by-step instructions to get the bot up and running. It turns out that the issue was due to a minor configuration mistake on my part. After some quick adjustments, I was able to get the trading bot working properly. I was really pleased with the customer service at Trality.com. Not only did they respond quickly and provide me with the help that I needed, but they also gave me great advice and tips to prevent similar issues in the future. I will definitely continue with Trality.com and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to get into automated trading.

This site has very poor technical support. I wanted to inquire how to add the trading platform to their site. I called them seven days ago, but they didn't give me any answer.

I have been renting your marketplace bots for a while now and they are super easy and fun to use! the best thing is that you can test the bots and see their performance before you go into live trading. easy to set up, amazing products, smart tools - I can't wait for more to come - thank you for sharing your genius minds with us non-coders :)

I was manually trading crypto, but kept hearing about crypto trading bots and decided to test the waters with Trality. Although skeptical, especially since I'm not a coder, I can honestly say that my experiences have exceeded my expectations.

Although their Rule Builder makes it super easy to create a bot (a BIG plus for me), it can be a bit finicky when backtesting and really getting the optimal settings. Luckily, Tralilty has some helpful resources to walk you through the process and the peeps on their Discord are active and knowledgeable.

In this case, the juice is def worth the squeeze. Practice and patience have paid off, as I have a custom bot that I'm happy with.

Now if only the market would pick up...

Trality is amazing!

I love how their product caters to technical people/coders as well as non-technical traders or newbies (such as myself).
The platform offers some great tools that has helped me improve my trading strategies and learn more about some topics, and I love how their interface is clean and neat when compared to some other tools out there.

Whenever I have an issue or a query, I reach out for some support on their Discord and the team is often always quick to respond and solve it.

Really looking forward to their Marketplace!

I've been using Trality for a few months now and I think the algorithms are top quality. They have saved me a lot of time and effort.

I joined Trality back in 2020 to automate my trading processes. Two years later I can only say good things about this company (so far). Trality helped me become very consistent with my trading thanks to their 'All in one' platform. Being able to create, test and deploy algorithms from the same platforms is exactly what I was looking for.
I am only using the drag-and-drop rule builder, it is super easy to use and you can test a lot of new ideas pretty fast with a reliable backtester.
The community grew a lot since I joined and you will find on Discord an amazing mix of backgrounds that share creatives ideas and help each other.
When it comes to support, the team always responded to my questions pretty fast usually in one day or two.
Overall, a very powerful platform for anyone looking to build and automate trading strategies for the crypto markets. Highly recommended!

Trality has a long way to go to be reliable for creating custom trading bots, tried to create a simple scalping bot, but the 1-minute latency on Trality makes it impossible to create such a bot or similar bots even if the target price was reached. Long way to go for development and server-side capabilities. 3 stars for the service itself that allows you to program custom bots while only you need to focus on writing the code.

Having joined Trality more than 2 years now, i've seen a lot going on with the platform's UX and performance drastically improving over this time.

At the current date (04/23, i can confidently say that Trality is one of the best algotrading platform out here.
Suitable for both coders and non coders, it offers a way to test and deploy quantitative based bots and strategies in most crypto exchanges at a really competitive price tier, also providing a great support.

The Trality offer includes:
- Spot & margin trading in both paper and live environments;
- A great marketplace where you can rent bots created by other users as well as monetizing yours;
- An outstanding python-based code editor which allows the creation of custom indicators as well as multi timeframe strategies;
- A rule-based editor , suitable for a lot of classic trading setups;
- A powerful parameter optimizer which allows to fine-tune parameters such as indicators period and much more to allow perfect your strategy;
- Great community support and interaction with the team;

On top of that, they periodically run a really exciting competition with rich prizes where everybody can join.

Overall, i think Trality is one of the most promising platforms of it's kind.
Despite having margin of improvement is some aspects, the team is working hard to continuously improving the platform delivering new features and fixing existing bugs.

I'm not happy with Trality at all. They bill themselves as an easy to use, well supported platform suitable for beginners and pros, coders and non-coders alike. I am not a coder, so was interested in their rule builder. I built some bots which seemed to perform well in back testing. Then I put them into action using real cash and I lost a LOT of money.

Then their rule builder stopped working, throwing up loads of anomalies and errors in both back-testing and the virtual trading environment. From that point onwards the whole service was relatively useless to me. How can I trust it with real money if it makes mistakes on historical data.

I wrote an email to support 2 weeks ago about it and haven't heard anything back. The issues still persist today with the back tester, missing signals and reporting incorrect profits/losses. Sorry guys - you have a great concept but at the moment is poorly executed and definitely can't be trusted with real money. That was a waste of €59.99 and a lot of hours.

Thanks for the response. I'm afraid I don't believe that most users aren't experiencing the same issues as me. There are multiple items on the rule builder that simply don't work at all (e.g. Triple EMA with a 200 long view, or a Hull MA with the same). I also see many missed signals on backtesting which I'd happily replicate, but your service has already cost me a lot of time and money so I'm not feeling particularly charitable.

I have been on Discord. Feel free to view my comments - username is dofkop. I have not found the community to be particularly helpful or responsive I'm afraid.

And finally, there's no point explaining to me the benefits of backtesting. This is clear for all to see. My issue is backtesting is completely useless if the bots are making errors on the historical data, missing signals and reporting incorrect percentage gains/losses.

Free testing for the first bot for ever - I hope!. One of the best backtesting-result-view, you can see on what candle what part of your stategy sends a buy or or sell signals - this is what you want! Many ready to use indicators and the full numpy-power but for security reason I think no external libs. No shortselling, only via up- and down-coins on binance. Started in austia with some puplic financial help it is a pur python3 platform no c# or js. but until now no git support. I think they are on a good way. What is missing for me is a better ui with more tabs for editor and backtesting also better auto scaling for symbole-view in backtesting please have look at you ui with old eys and small screen :-) !

I was carrying some trading idea at the back of my mind for a while, cuz I was hesitant how to properly have it arranged. But then at some point I landed on Trality’s Discord channel to check up some minor issues about the platform, and then one thing leads to another…

So I’ve recalled my trading strategy and asked the developer about it. This resulted in a long and insightful chat with the guy. Basically he showed me a lot of tricks and helped me build up the strategy I was thinking about for so long. BTW, a few weeks after the strategy appeared to make a lot of sense and showed up decent performance!

The platform is very very young but from what I see on their community discord and blogs they are making a lot of progress very quickly.

This is the only platform I need to build my bots, that does not mean that it has everything I want but I believe the team is listening to its users and making the changes they need the most. The tools are easy to use, powerful and give you everything you need to build your bot with or without code (I use the non-code option), test your bot as many times as you want with backtests and paper trading, and then run your bot. I noticed that there are the most popular exchanges on there but they could add more tbh. I don't need them but seen others ask for them. The platform could do with a design update soon but that's me being picky.

All in all really good for those who want to try something more creative and powerful than the standard copy and paste bots you get with other platforms.

I enjoy being a part of it. Discord hive is really the place. It is so inspiring to discuss trading ideas with other users and hear direct feedback from the dev team on how to have that set up best via the platform.

I would like to to give a credit to Trality's dev team, who is doing their best job to update the platform and release the required fixes. That is being clearly noticed via that Discord group communication. Should any issue arise in the chat, the dev team picks it up and promptly fixes it with next update. Though given the fact the issues are there, I'm giving it 4 stars.

The thing which made me land on Trality was their free subscription plan, which is not limited in time. So I was not in a rush to explore and test the platform, until I was ready to switch for a paid plan. I didn’t have a lot of expectations, but the platform appeared to be actually a solid one. I’m only missing more exchanges to be connected.

The site is stuck all the time and the bots are not starting. One of the worst sites I've seen in a long time. Very dangerous when playing with real money.
