Trakpak Reviews 91

My package has been sitting in a Trakpak process centre since Nov 30, so far no reply from customer service. When I look at other recent reviews I get the impression that whatever "process" is currently being done at those centres has little to do with shipping.

Update: The package arrived a couple of days after this review, I assume the tracking updates just stopped working after a certain point.

It has been 10 days since I ordered a package from cultbeauty and although it was dispatched from the sellers on the day itself, the package have been stuck in your processing center till now. The status of my package still remains unchanged and this is unacceptable.

I’ve been ordering from Asos quite often lately and I reached a point where I got scared to order only because I am not willing to wait for a standard delivery until eternity!

Is it Asos or the carrier It’s none of my business. I just want to say that waiting for your order for 16 days and the day when it’s supposed to arrive you have to call / email/ message all the possible people involved in your order just to get no proper reply is just frustrating!

Online sites are fast to take your money but super slow to deliver your order. I wish you were as fast in sending people’s refunds, too!

I’ll rather order from a small businesses who will treat me as a client not as a credit card only than these big names who are totally irresponsible when it comes to delivering your order.

It didn’t happen only once, I have it already happening few times and it’s the last time I order from them.

And this Trakpak carrier is totally unprofessional in their way of dealing with clients! With such low reviews rate I guess you should start questioning your work and do something about it, if it’s not too late already because your reviews show that people are already aware of your ‘work’.

And I wish I could’ve post my screenshot as fact for what I am talking about but no option for it here. Too bad.

I ordered some items from Asos to Bahrain and the delivery was done before the timeframe got expired. Was really skeptical before when I went through all the reviews and wasn't expecting the item to be delivered on the given date. But the truth of the matter is that I was shocked when I received the message from the regional post stating the item has been arrived. Aside from all the bad reviews the courier is doing their job properly but sometimes the fault it occurs and it also depends on luck I would say but thanks to you guys and happy holidays.

Ordered something 16 days ago and I still haven’t received my package. Trakpak’s website says it’s been transferred to a shipping partner but Fedex is telling me they haven’t received the package yet but the shipping label was created. No idea what’s going on and apparently Trakpak doesn’t either.

My order is stuck in Basildon for 10 days now, I paid for express shipping.

Their feedback is atrocious to say the least, do you have any intention of delivering any packages?

I ordered a couple of bike tires from a bike company in UK on 11/20. It is now 12/3 and there is no forward progress with the package, it just sits in some obscure status. Trakpak, your a logistics company. You have a task of moving parcels from point A to point B. Its not a difficult job especially when other companies do it everyday without fail. So when you screw up something as incredibly simple as that, it doesnt say a whole hell alot about you.

BEEN WAITING FOR MY PACKAGE THAT,ACCORDING TO THE TRACKING NUMBER IS STILL IN BASILDON, YET TRAKPAK EMAILS BACK THAT THE PACKAGE IN QUESTION IS ALREADY IN CURACAO, BUT IS BEING HELD UP DUE TO COVID-19.
WHY IS THE TRACKING NUMBER STILL SHOWING THIS PACKAGE IN BASILDON?????????

Says parcel was delivered to a neighbour by trakpak. Which neighbour out of the 40 neighbours I have? Well, I have no idea because the mailman clearly didn’t realize his only job is to deliver my package or tell me where he dropped it off. I mean, isn’t it embarrassing if you have one job that is that simple and STILL can’t do it properly??? Yikes.

My parcel was accepted on the 10th November by trakpak in Hong Kong and arrived in the uk hub on the 16th November and was handed over to Royal Mail on the 18th November who then delivered the parcel to me on the 19th November

It has been a week since I ordered a package from MyProtein, and although it was dispatched from the sellers on the day itself, the package have been stuck in your processing center till now. The status of my package still remains unchanged and this is unacceptable.

Totally wasting time and effort.

No practical updates. Made a purchase in LookFantastic and had the items shipped out of LF warehouse in the UK and there is practically no updates for days (HUT1860GB49006252901).

There was finally an update after almost a week, after which there is again no updates for days.

Far worse compared to the likes of LEX, Aramex or even Chinapost or Singpost.

You deserve 0 star!!! I don't understand why Feelunique still using you!
And no I will not send you another email. Find my older emails if you want.

I had ordered something with probikekit and there courier is TrakPak. With a 1.6 star rating I doubt I will even receive my package. It said it would take up to 10 days but it’s taken more than 2 weeks. This is unbelievable and I didn’t know a courier was this bad. My tracking number: 242027833

I contacted them 10 days after my order was confirmed dispatched by Cult Beauty. Trakpak claimed they don’t have the parcel in their network so they were unable to help me. Delivery was supposed to be within 2-8 days and the parcel isn’t even with the courier yet.
