Ordered on Sept. 22 and crickets. Ghosted me until I threatened a bank chargeback and BBB complaint. Avoid this company, I believe they aren’t real or at least scamming people by taking the orders then disappearing.
I think it's absolutely ridiculous that you can't get customer service help. I was charged $71 for a kit on 6/5/26. It is now 6/14/26. I just noticed there was another $39 taken out of my account from them that is an unknown charge. And I still haven't received my kit.
So far it’s been 7 business days and I got an order confirmation email on August 19th but that email didn’t provide ANY tracking information. So now idk if I ordered from a fraud website but everything seemed legit until after I made my purchase. I’ve sent their support team 3 emails and have yet to get a reply. I read another review and someone said they never received their order. I’ve also noticed that trainnox have actually replied to some of these reviews so hopefully they see this and can reach back out to me..
Overall the bench is ok. The material seems less sturdy than other benches I have. The leg extension and curl attachment is awkward and the dimensions are too small. For instance, my right knee rubs against the knob for the bolt at the hinge point.

Thank you so much for your review! I was wondering, when you're doing leg curls or extensions, do you remove the preacher curl pad? It tends to feel smoother when the pad is removed, so I thought I'd ask for your experience with it.
Avoid this company at all costs. They are fraud. Sold me a broken bench then claim they never received my emails and text messages until after the return period.
They would not supply me with their corporate office info.
I am reporting them to the federal trade commission.

Firstly, we've received you email for borken bench ask for return, and we've reply you that offer the broken bench image. But, it take a long time for you to offer us the picture, finally, we received the picture, we want to reassure you that your bench is not broken. It does have a minor indentation, but this is not a quality issue and does not impact its functionality during workouts. We completely understand your concerns and offered a $10 compensation as a gesture of goodwill, which may not have been received. However, we’ve noticed negative comments on our ads, and we’re true company that do a true deal, something is not our product quality problem but we need to offer full refund, that does not make sense.
