I ordered a pair of shoes on Dec 6th and not until I asked for the shipping details (mid-Dec) did I (days later!) receive a mail including a shipping no. This was on December 17th!!!
Now, on Dec 23rd we haven't received neither shoes nor a GLS pick up point.
UPDATE: ORDER RECEIVED ON DEC 28TH. TOTAL DELIVERY TIME: 22 DAYS. THE PRODUCT WAS FINE.
I am fairly sure, the only emails you receive are totally automatic and fake.

2 weeks and waiting
2 weeks and waiting. Payed for shipping. Items weren't shipped until last expected delivery date. Its 5 days after this and nothings turned up. Requested shipping reimbursement and was sent an automatic reply with my tracking number instead. Bad service, not quick service, add a couple weeks onto all delivery times.
