Professional and Well-Structured ECDIS Course

Very good experience with Trainingportal. The ECDIS course was clear, well-structured, and practical. The learning materials were easy to understand, and the platform worked without issues. The exam process was smooth and fair. Overall, a professional and reliable training provider.

Frustrating!

Very frustrating! My Internet connection was strong but lots of errors throughout course when trying to log in, doing the training, and especially during the exam. I don't think the problem was on my end. Lots of wasted time during exam with constant scrolling up/down, back/forth during exam since online ECDIS didn't fit my computer screen. Also wasted time trying to hover the mouse in exactly the right spot on the screen to get the bottom menu to pop up, then scrolling back to the top to find the sub menu that I had selected. Please check your questions. Referring specifically to the one when making a fix using LOP. How can Alcatrez Island Light be NE of my position bearing 220 degrees? I think that was a bad question. Also, if you need photos of documents while creating a profile give people a heads up before they actually start the process so we can get that ready. The computer's camera isn't usually capable of taking acceptable pictures of documents. Most all seamen have good quality scans of their documents already on their computer since that is what employers want. Photos aren't usually accepted so we don't already have that on hand.
