I’m giving Trainingportal.com one star.

So-called HSE work has now become a kind of system focused on control and management. There is no organic learning process. Whether you actually understand the content does not seem to matter.

You are not allowed to skip sections or be rewarded for prior knowledge in any way. Critical thinking is not rewarded. The questions are formulated in such a poorly structured way that only rigid memorization is beneficial.

I have taken these courses annually, and they are only getting worse. The FSE and confined space courses on Trainingportal are now completely terrible.

This kind of system produces what older regimes used to call “useful idiots.”
