I’m disappointed with this company
I’m disappointed with this company. When the mask got delivered it had a strong chemical smell therefore I decided to return it. The shipment back and forth was $22 dollars total wasted. I don’t recommend.

Elevation Training Mask Works Amazing For My WorkOuts
I have had great benefits from using my training mask and i feel that its not reserved for just the athletic elite. During my 6-week high intensity training program i used the training mask and it improved my endurance capacity significantly. In addition to that if felt my respiratory muscle loading improved performance across multiple workouts!
