They failed to provide the online course, were rude, condescending and refused to provide a refund. I would not recommend anyone use them.

Terrible interface

Terrible interface, had to repeat online component 4 times to get it to save properly, kept logging me out, took 6 hours instead of 90 minutes.

Face to face component was inconsistent with online component in terms of information delivery. Trainer did not even have a basic grasp of medical terminology and made words up as she went along. Class was held in a tiny room with not enough space for the number of people in the class and the location was one of the dodgiest factories on one of the dodgiest streets in Melbourne's Western suburbs. There was no parking and lunch came of one of those hives of scum and villainy known as a Tasty Truck as it was too far away from anywhere you could buy something healthy. Utterly ripped off for a hundred bucks. Thanks.

Training Day First Aid Course

I found the training aid course a really fun and practical way of learning how to use a defribilator and how to do the correct way of CPR.
I really enjoyed it when we practiced bandaging on people and the ways of bandaging it was a really cool and fun day!.

The face to face time was fantastic..

The face to face time was fantastic... however the online issues were horrible. IT need to overhaul the website and the online quiz. Your phone numbers also need updating.
Staff are great... tech is tragic.
