I asked to be contacted through email, however they tried to ring to do the hard sell while I was working in a busy office. The amount of arrogance from the "senior career advisor" was staggering and I wouldn't recommend this group to anyone.

I 1st emailed for a price on a course.I waited 3 days for a response. The response I got was a generic email linking me to the course I enquired about,which I had allready seen.I still havnt got any information on the cost of the course over a week later

It would be better if more info was on the website, like the prospectus, fees, length of course, start and dates of courses etc, so I don't have to wait for the call to find out those things.
