Ordered from them on a Royal Mail 48hr. They have taken the money from my account but the order has not been dispatched. Cannot get any response from email and there is no contact telephone number. Looks like they have stopped trading as their online presence stopped mid 2023

Scam company - avoid!
This company advertises 48 hour delivery. I placed an order in October and it never arrived. When you try to contact them their email address is invalid. They don't respond on social media platforms either. Thankfully my payment was protected and although it's taken 2 months I've managed to get my money back, but some people don't have that, appalling to take people's money in this way. I do think this is a scam company so suggest you avoid!

This company is a scam. I saw it advertised all over instagram and wanted to buy one as a present for someone. It said it would only take 2 days to deliver but it’s been a month. I’ve tried to contact them but no reply. My tracking only just got updated to “sender has dispatched item” but it’s been stuck on the same update for two weeks, clearly hasn’t been dispatched. I feel like this started out as a good, trusted company and the seller has given up and abandoned the company but takes all our money and orders anyway which sucks. For anyone reading this and looking to buy, there are products like this on Amazon prime for cheaper and their not a scam.

I made an order in July, it’s now 2 months later and I still haven’t received my order - and nobody has responded to my multiple emails and social media messages requesting an update or refund. Don’t bother ordering!

48 hour delivery still not received anything over 2 weeks later. No tracking updates and tried contacting traininday 5 times via email as they have no contact number but have had no response. I have now opened up at dispute with my bank to get my money back.

Product has a very short shelf life
Product has a very short shelf life! I purchased six cups and had 3 break on me in a matter of months.
I wanted to return my six cups as they offered a year warranty but the company refuses to respond to myself regarding this.
I have reported them to trading standards in an effort to get my money back.
Extremely appalling that they just ignore you and hope you will go away! Avoid at all costs a total waste of money.

After several emails and a LinkedIn Message they have not responded. I bought 6 cups got 4. It seems they do it with most of their customers.
I honestly would think twice buying from them and I would not recommend them to anyone due to their non existing customer service.
It is a real pity that I have to write this but in the end if you are selling something make sure your customer service is responsive to their clients.

I ordered 6 cups from them and only 4 came in the post I emailed them through the “contact us” on there website in which I got no response I then tracked them down on Instagram and told them the story and I sent screen shots of Royal Mail saying all parcels have been delivered with my order number as request by themselves. I advised the member of staff I need this for the rugby team I treat which are touring that following week they apologised for this and said “ok mate email support@traininday” which honestly do not waste your time emailing. I’m not sure why it couldn’t be sorted out by speaking to a member of staff via Instagram at that point considering this is a small run business.
However I followed there instructions and emailed them again it’s now been two weeks since then the rugby tour is now over and I still haven’t received a message back and still haven’t received the extra two cups which was paid for. I find this is really unfair making people purchase a product in which you cannot provide to customers.
Not sure if I will ever see the cups or my money again, honestly for the hassle just look elsewhere for these type of cups as there is a lot out there already on the market today.

Refund not sent nearly a month later
Sent back item via tracked post, they received it Apr 6th. No reply on refund for nearly a month, radio silence on email / social media. Even tried the founder on LinkedIn. Appalling customer service from a new brand clearly struggling to run their business. Avoid at all costs.
