I've used this site a few times now. Overall, it's pretty user-friendly and does a good job at displaying the information. The checkout and payment always goes smoothly. To improve, it would be good to adjust the time selection mechanism: It's pretty hidden under the calendar, you're limited on how many times you can browse via the 'later' button, and on the occasions I've changed the time manually, the page always takes a minute or two to reload. Otherwise, it's a great service.

Redeeming our voucher hit a small hitch. You cannot book a return when using senior Railcards. However, your agent very quickly explained the situation on your chat line and everything went smoothly after that. I suspect lots of seniors will try to do the same thing. Maybe a note on one of the redeem pages explaining the problem would make the experience a 5 Star.
