this is my second one

this is my second trailer valet dolly the first I let it go with boat I sold, but I bought a new boat so I needed a dolly again these dollies work great for old men and there toys .LOL.

Delivery time was a long time

Delivery time was a long time. I like the world everyone created before just in time and quick delivery so I can manage my time and business effectively. And COVID should be an excuse as we should be overcoming that adversity in an ever fast paced changing world.

i have the xl and hooked everything…

i have the xl and hooked everything right checked things multipled times but it still wants to kick out.
i cant get it to stay upright when moving trailer.
i was using the ball adapter from 2" to 2 5/16 and everything is tight tried to contact trailer velet several times with no return calls or email

Well the reason its so poor

Well the reason its so poor, it has many layers of failure. Bad things from website, to call center and customer service. Website is hard to order and to communicate with trailer people if you need help or not. Call center is useless. They can't help you with anything all they can do is send email to customer service. Customer service is ok. Problem that happens is when you want to order and them helping you, it fails in communication and you end up getting order late or they can't figure out the address you want to send to. First time dealing with this company has been very bad and not happy with how they handled my order and shipping. I am grateful that some people in customer service helped on end and got my order. But company failed on every level to help them do better job.

Had the trailer valet less than a month…

Had the trailer valet less than a month and it couldn't handle the winter weather coming in Arkansas and it broke waste of money and the hand crank isn't even easy to use. Want my money back

I dont think its worth the money.

I was moving a 3000lb Enclosed 20x8 Trailer with the Valet, hoping it would help me park the trailer behind my house (9ft gap). The valet has alot of compliance and does not enstill confidence, I guess it requires ALOT of practice and strength and probably should only be used on flat solid surfaces.. It works, but not as well as I imagined.

Honestly...I wish I could return it but since the unit was refurbished I cannot.

Poor product availability

Several of the items I wanted to order are unavailable. That’s unacceptable for a business that has so few products to offer.

The Valet XL is good in concept only.

The Valet XL is good in concept. It’s laborious to hook up and tighten correctly to the trailer and even then it will kick out from underneath the hitch even on level ground. You must have a significant amount of weight on the tongue or its tire loses traction. It is torture on your drills trying to move the trailer more than a few feet. They will over heat.

Works as described

Works as described. No issues. I use mine on a combination of concrete and decomposed granite and a small push uphill. Trailer weight is approx 4Klb. I would recommend the trailer valet.

Always Improving

This company is always improving their products. The valet that I have had for 7 years is still in service, and I truly should sell it and buy the latest model.

Customer service is outstanding

Customer service is outstanding. I lost the handle to my Valet. When I called, they were so helpful and responsive. After ordering the replacement, (came the next day!) I decided to order a spare. They called to make sure it wasn’t a mistaken duplicate order. Not a huge deal but speaks to their attentiveness to the customer.

I really like the Deluxe Trailer Valet, but the shipping service sucked.

I really like the Deluxe Trailer Valet. However, I was not happy that my order was shipped two or three days after I was told it was shipped. I needed it a day earlier than I received it and had to jimmy rig something to the job that I ordered the Deluxe Trailer Valet for. Now it will sit until next spring when I move the trailer again.
