Absolutely horrendous customer service. From the very beginning the rep was very intimidating and promised things that never materialised. No communication. No replies to calls. I sent a letter of complaint to their London address which was returned (so presume no such address). The website they 'provided' was NOTHING like we'd asked for. Wasn't relevant to OUR business. It's made our lives harder due to false information they put on. Quick enough to take our money, but not even a basic service given. Terrible and very disappointed. I am only a very small business and the money I paid could've been put to much better use.

Wish we could give less than 1 star. An absolute sham of a company who scam innocent small businesses out of thousands of pounds. If you are reading this, AVOID this company! They do not do anything they promise to do including responding to your original issues / complaints. They have delivered on NOTHING that was agreed upon in regards to their very questionable contract. They take the money and don't deliver on their end. The "calls" they promise you are all spam. So are the "customer inquiries". The website design is terrible and the customer service is non existent. Shame on you all.

This company uses predatory contracts that make it hard to get out of. Worse contracts than gyms. Honestly, better to do your google ads yourself.
