I WANT MY FULL REFUND
On the 18th of December Tradingview.com took money $155 from my account when I am not even a subscriber. When I received the billing history I immediately wrote to the that they should refund my money that I am only using the free trial. Using free trial is unlimited so why are they now taking my money without notice. I am an old woman struggling to survive with the little money i have. As I am talking now my flat is so cold I can't afford the heat my flat.
On the 2nd of January 2026 I wrote to support@tradingview they ignored my letter.
On the 6 of January 2026I wrote again to Tradingviewdirect email no responese.
Tradingview is not friendly use, inaccessible and they are difficult to contact.
I begging Trust Pilot to help me contact them so that they can refund my money, I am not a subscriber and I dont intend to be one as I cant afford the fee at the moment.
Support is basically a bot
The platform itself is good enough, but I can't rate it higher than 2 stars right now, because support is very important. I cant use such a complex tool without HUMAN support
Lack of support and irritating platform.
My friend has a trial on premium. After logging in on my computer as we are together at my place the trial got cancelled. No human support to explain this. The platform has annoyed me also. Being difficult and unsharp to deal with. I will now look for another option as this platform is cold and is lacking service for paying customers.
Really good until you reach a problem
Really good until you reach a problem. There is no customer support, AI doesn't solve much.
Sometimes very laggy also which is a very important point for a chart provider.
Other than that, they got many charts and easy to use tools. I used it for many years now.
Support sucks
Support sucks.
After they implemented “AI” support, service became even worth.
Prior the main problem was time - you get response days after submitting your problem. Now it is impossible to solve your problem at all. “AI” dumb is not able to address you question and then you supposed to be transferred to customer service but it is not - you got into the loop of submitting request to “AI”.
Last year bought one year subsrciption…
Last year bought one year subsrciption and after sometime i stop trading, ofcourse forgot to cancal auto subscription renewal. Last week they charged 700+ euro for new 1 year subscription. Then i noticed that i ask for refund. next day i got my money back, thanks for good response and kindness.
I am extremely disappointed
I am extremely disappointed with TradingView’s customer support. There is no human customer service at all, only an AI chatbot that gives random, generic answers and does not solve real problems.
I am a Premium member since September 15, 2021, and I am currently unable to resolve a billing issue related to purchasing an indicator. There is no way to contact a real person to help, despite paying for a premium service. For a platform that markets itself as professional and charges high subscription fees, this level of support is unacceptable. If this is how long-term paying customers are treated, then TradingView is clearly moving in the wrong direction. Because of this, I will definitely cancel my Premium membership. A trading platform without human support is not trustworthy when real money is involved.
When I attempted to assert my rights
When I attempted to assert my rights, my account was permanently banned, resulting in the loss of access to my plan. Based on this experience, I have concerns that similar issues could arise for others over time.
#krypto #Mining. Not momentum dependent. Since joining, outcomes have followed structure. Pays quickly without wasting time
TradingView took my money and my purchased charts!!
I would leave negative stars if I could. I repurchased premium during this past black Friday deal and they double charged me. My bank helped me retrieve one of the charges but TradingView took away my purchased charts and indicators. I've contacted the billing email and they won't respond. It's going on 3 weeks and they have it set up where you can't talk to anyone. This truly impacts trading and most importantly I've paid for the subscription!! I want my charts back or money ASAP. Any helpful suggestions are welcomed.
If I could give them a negative rating
If I could give them a negative rating, I would. They've given me the worst service possible- NONE!! They have a chatbot that basically tells you to drop dead. They refuse to allow you to get a human and I had find their email support outside of the platform, but when I emailed them their response was below:
Hello!
Please note that we are unable to provide assistance via email.
You can find support in our Help Center:

Trading full time for over a decade....
I come from using TC2000 for over 10 years. I thought Tradingview had something to offer.
3 months in and still frustrated every single day.
For an experienced, computer savvy individual, Tradingview is very unintuitive and I often find myself spending a lot of wasted time trying to figure out problems that should be very simple to figure out, or to find out that the solution does not exist in the Tradingview environment.
1st issue- You cannot see a premarket bar, plotted on a daily chart. This is super helpful when analyzing charts in the premarket that you will be trading after the market opens. It is literally impossible and cannot be coded using Pinev6 in Tradingview. Not a bug, not a code issue - the platform does not allow it to be done.
2. The scanner cannot be moved in between, or below charts. It's pretty much stuck there, and it's annoying.
3.Cannot show premarket and post market data individually. Either have them both on or off. I particularly do not want to see post market data during premarket hours, or, vise versa. this should be a no brainer option, included but it's missing.
4. Watchlists can not be placed in center of chart or moved below charts.
5. When you look at the Overview section of stocks, the data seems to be spread out very far and wide, making it harder to sift through data. It takes a good while to get used to where the correct data you are searching for is located. Compare this to something like Finviz which is entirely opposite, very encapsulated, easy to find data about companies.
6. Don';t even get me started on how unusual and difficult it is to add a stock to a watchlist. It is not difficult once you find out how, but it is not as user friendly as it should be. It should be as easy as right clicking a chart and "add to watchlist", or even a little "+" icon next to the ticker would be simple. Instead, you have to use a hot key to move it to your generic watchlist and then manually move it to the watchlist of your choice after, or you need to open your watchlist, type in the symbol to search for it, then add it. You can't just add the chart you have open to a specific chart by right clicking (the simplest option), you literally have to search again for the ticker, even with the chart already open, or use the hot key method mentioned earlier. very unintuitive, I had to search multiple times to figure this out and remember how.
7. If you have 2 charts open at the same time, it is very difficult to tell which chart is selected. This makes chnanging time frames or tickers more difficult than it should be. Both charts use the same box to type in the ticker symbol and both use the same indicator buttons. So what happens is you think you have 1 chart selected, you type in the ticker symbol, but it changes the wrong chart. or you want to add an indicator, but it adds it to the wrong chart because you didn't know you had the wrong chart selected. The most efficient way to do this would be to make each chart have their own separate box, or method to type the symbol ion and switch indicators.
8. Cannot add custom columns to watchlist. Now this is the one that really has me questioning if real traders designed this platform or not. I use wathclists a ton. It's how I track stocks for long term investing, swing trading, and day trading. For day trading, I want to have the option to add things like premarket volume, float, market cap, etc to my watchlists so I can sort and scan fast, in real time. Well with Tradingview you cant. You can add it to a scanner which is helpful, but a scanner refreshes and results change, stocks get lost. A watchlist needs to be able to have additional, custom columns, but it cannot be done via Tradingview. HUUUUUGE Deal Breaker for me.
There are more nuances I am discovering every day. I never read teh reviews or saw this page before signing up. I made the switch based on a good frined of mine who is also a trader, as well as the black friday discount.
I regret it so far. I have wasted a lot of time, and it was unnecessary. The time I have wasted, and will continue to lose using this program is far more valuable than the black friday discount I received.
I am a full time trader and have one of the best tutorial videos on the internet for Tc2000. I am well aware of what a good trading platform feels and operates like. Unless something big changes, i won't be renewing.
Customer service is awful
They use the same image/name for each customer service rep and they will not honor deals. Absolutely horrid company.
5 Years of Loyalty Means Nothing Here – Support relies on Copy-Paste
I have been a TradingView Premium subscriber for over 5 years and have even pre-paid for market data packages (Xetra) until 2027. I am clearly a loyal, long-term customer.
Since I missed the Black Friday sale, I reached out to support asking for a fair renewal offer to avoid paying the full standard price. I wasn't expecting the full 80% discount – just a human response and a fair compromise (e.g. 30-40%) to keep me on board.
Instead, the support experience (Agent: James B.) was incredibly frustrating:
No answers to my actual questions.
Only generic copy-paste templates ("Just wait for the next sale").
Zero appreciation for long-term loyalty.
It feels like the company doesn't care about retaining existing customers. When a loyal user is treated like a number by an agent who refuses to offer any help, you are practically forcing them to let their subscription expire. Very disappointing customer service experience.
Zero Customer Support
I only joined to leave a review here; I'm a very experienced person who has been developing products and providing consulting services in the finance and other software sectors for a long time. I strongly advise you not to deal with the "PineCoders" moderators here; they are corrupt and collaborate with other script/algorithm vendors on Tradingview to prevent you from growing or establishing a vendor identity here. If you assert your rights, they will permanently ban you, and your premium or whatever plan you have will be wasted. I guarantee you will have a bad experience one day.
They give me $45 dollar rewards then…
They give me $45 dollar rewards then send an email saying it will expire.. I feel like trading view have done me one here. I'm not happy, one unhappy customer, will not recommend.
hard to contact when you have issue
I can’t submit support ticket
I can’t submit support ticket. After 10 minutes on chatbot, it teases with putting support ticket and then it still does not work. My buy and sell buttons are disappearing and also I can’t see the spread. AND I CANT EVEN SUBMIT SUPPORT TICKET ABOUT IT. SHOCKING !!!!!
I’ve been using Tradingview since 2020
I’ve been with Tradingview since 2020. I used to like them a lot until they started changing features that didn’t make sense to the trader. For example, both mobile and desktop they eliminated one touch trading or make unnecessary changes to the buy/sell panel. Why would you starting changing something that’s working for everyone? Every time they make a change, it should be a benefit for the trader and it seems everyone feels the change is for the developer or someone who doesn’t trade.
Tradingview has become very slow
Tradingview has become very slow in the recent months. I have decided too close my account and trade on my brokers app. Buyers beware, tradingview is not what it has been hipped up too be.
