Trading 212 is holding all my savings…

Trading 212 is holding all my savings despite I asked them to transfer to my HSBC account. They said they tried to reach out to HSBC, but at HSBC there's not sign of any communication from them.
I have probably lost £16k and they don't even reply to my emails anymore.
I will have to resort to legal actions to recover my funds

it’s good for a piece of the pie

In general I like trading 212. I’d say I’m a beginner at investing and even though there are training modules on the app, I didn’t find them that helpful. However, being able to see what people are investing in and creating your own pies as well as others sharing their pies has been a real game changer for me. So I would recommend newbies to choose this app.
