Dont purchase from this company!

I recently passed my phase 2 challenge with TradexMastery and was told that my account was blocked due to copy trading and wrongful edging. I am new to trading so this outcome goes well over my head. They said i would get an email detailing how the outcome came about, yet I am still waiting for this email. It took me quiet some time to pass phase 2 only to get blocked. Companies like this should not be allowed to operate. Scammers!!!!! So disappointing.

Total scam! I joined them a year ago!

Let's protect each other from scammers.
Two of my three difficult-to-execute invoices were rejected, and they wrote that my payment had been accepted and would be sent soon. I requested payment on November 13, totaling $480. I still haven't received anything! They didn't send it! And based on experience, I won't receive it! To this day, I see people buying accounts. Let's warn everyone that this is a scam and they don't pay!

I have requested my first payout after…

I have requested my first payout after working on my funded account for every year and it’s been now two months and I’ve received nothing, it says it status pending and I’m not able to get in touch with anybody at the Company. Really disappointing. It’s very relevant that they don’t even give you the customer service contact details in their response to their review! Do not touch them !

The world's worst prop

The world's worst prop. Don't give them any money. All of their comments on Instagram are off, so even if you have problems, you are unable to effectively interact with their assistance. Don't be a victim; they have a lot of problems.

I received a payment confirmation email…

I received a payment confirmation email on January 16, however, as of today, January 19, the funds have still not arrived in my wallet.

This is the same wallet I have used before, which is already set as default in the system, and I have successfully received payouts to this wallet in the past. In previous occasions, once I received the confirmation email, the payment was processed within minutes.

In this case, it has now been three days, and the payout still shows no reflection in my wallet, with no clear explanation so far.

I hope this situation can be reviewed and resolved promptly, as it is not consistent with my previous experience or with the company’s stated payout process.

My Latest Payout Request Is Still Pending For Over 30 Business days

My first payout was $400. I requested it on 23/07/2025 and received it 26/07/2025

On the same funded account, my second payout of $138 was requested on 04/08/2025 and I received it on 08/08/2025

On the same funded account, my third payout of $799.30 was requested on 7/10/2025 and I received it on 05/11/2025

On the same funded account, my latest payout of $671.66 was requested on 13/11/2025. Today is 15/01/2026 and I am yet to get it

Meanwhile, on their Instagram bio, they state, "Payouts weekly"

On their website FAQ, they say payouts may take up to 21 business days to process and as you can see, my payout has been pending for over 30 business days as you can see and when i raise a support ticket, they close it telling me to be patient as they have escalated it and there is nothing they can do about it

All comments' section accross all their social media platforms are locked which doesnt show tranparency if you asked me

I'll personally never purchase another account from Tradexmastery if you asked me

I'll edit this honest review of mine when this pending payout is eventually approved and paid by them. I have sufficient documentation to support every claim of mine in this review



UPDATE – March 23, 2026
Since my original review (detailing successful payouts of $400, $138, and $799.30 on the same funded account), significant developments have occurred:

- My latest payout request of $671.66 (submitted 13/11/2025) remained pending for over 2 months despite their FAQ stating "up to 21 business days" and Instagram bio claiming "Payouts weekly."
- On or around mid-November 2025, after a highly profitable NAS100 trade (6.11 lots, ~$1.1M profit in under 30 minutes), they sent an email revoking the initial payout approval following an "extended compliance review."
- Violations cited: Copy trading (28.6%), Shared IP addresses (4), News trading ($62.86), Margin/Overleveraging ($1,209.65) — referencing T&C sections 10.3.10, 10.3.16, 11.1/11.1.1, and 10.3.13.
- I never used copy trading — all trades were manual and independent.
- IP changes were due to unreliable internet in Lagos, Nigeria (switching between Teltwine broadband, MTN mobile data, iPhone 13 Pro Max hotspot, and MacBook Air — all personal devices, no VPN/proxy).
- A nearly identical earlier trade (October 7, 2025: 6.66 lots NSDQ.X, x500 multiplier, $1.2M profit, 361% ROI on margin) was processed without any flag and contributed to the $799 payout certified/paid on 05/11/2025.
- The account was fully closed/blocked shortly after my original Trustpilot review went live (no prior warning about the review causing issues).

I submitted their official Compliance Review form (Google Form they provided) with full details, explanations of my Nigerian internet situation, and direct links to evidence (payout certificate + trade screenshots, since no file upload option exists). No response yet.

This pattern — small payouts honored quickly, large profitable ones scrutinized/revoked with vague breach claims (often copy trading/IP/overleveraging without proof), and account closure after public feedback — matches many other recent Trustpilot reviews.

My final stance: Restore my account and honor the full payout owed, or I will continue to call this out publicly across every relevant platform until there is transparency and resolution. I still have all documentation (emails, certificates, TradeLocker screenshots) and remain open to a fair outcome, but I will not stay silent.

I will update again if anything changes, but at this point, I strongly advise caution with Tradexmastery, especially on larger accounts or after big wins.

Original review stands — I'll only remove/edit claims once the pending payout is resolved (which seems unlikely now).

I requested my payout over 30 days ago, I can't reach anyone to inquire about why I hadn't received my payment. Their rules state that you can withdraw on challenge accounts once funded every 3 days BUT, you can't even do that until your pending withdrawals are paid. Therefore, THAT'S A LIE!

Payout delayed over 50 business days beyond stated timeline

I am sharing my experience to document an ongoing payout issue.

This firm advertises a 21 business-day payout timeline. My payout was approved by Risk Management, which the company has already confirmed in writing. However, Accounting has not completed the payment, and it has now been over 50 business days beyond the stated timeline.

Despite multiple follow-ups and escalations:

No transaction reference has been provided

No confirmed processing date has been given

No written explanation has been offered for the delay

My most recent formal follow-up received no response at all

I have remained professional and attempted to resolve this internally, but indefinite delays and complete non-response are not acceptable when a clear payout timeline is advertised.

I am posting this review to document the situation and to seek transparency and resolution.

I’m posting this to document an unresolved payout issue with TradeXMastery so other traders can make informed decisions.

TradeXMastery advertises a 21 business-day payout timeline. My payout was approved by Risk Management, which their team confirmed in writing. However, the payout has now been delayed over 50 business days beyond that stated timeline.

Over the course of multiple escalations:

Support responses consistently stated that the payout was “with Accounting” or would be processed “over the coming days,” without any concrete details. When I requested a specific date or confirmation from Accounting, Support stated they could not provide that information and ultimately closed the ticket while the payout remains unpaid.

I’ve remained professional and attempted to resolve this internally. At this point, I’m simply documenting the facts:

Advertised payout timeline: 21 business days

Actual delay: 50+ business days and ongoing

Status: Approved, unpaid, no date, ticket closed

Update: TradeXMastery has now explicitly confirmed the above information and acknowledged that no further assistance or payout timeline can be provided. The payout remains unpaid more than 50 business days beyond the advertised 21 business-day timeline.

Der Support reagiert zwar sporadisch, liefert jedoch ausschließlich standardisierte Copy-Paste-Antworten, ohne auf den konkreten Fall einzugehen. Tickets werden häufig direkt nach einer Antwort geschlossen, wodurch ein sachlicher Dialog faktisch unmöglich ist. Eine echte Einzelfallprüfung ist für mich nicht erkennbar.

Zusätzlich ist das Konto während der offenen Auszahlungsanfrage blockiert. Ich kann weder weiter traden noch eine neue Auszahlung beantragen. Parallel dazu erhalte ich regelmäßig Werbe-E-Mails für stark rabattierte neue Accounts (30 %, 50 %, 60 %), obwohl eine bestehende Auszahlung seit Wochen nicht bearbeitet wird. Dieses Vorgehen wirkt widersprüchlich und unprofessionell.

Since my withdrawal request of November/2025 I have been waiting for my money until today. The payout is still in „pending“ status, although the processing times mentioned by TradeXMastery itself have long been exceeded.

Although the support reacts sporadically, it only provides standardized copy-paste answers without going into the specific case. Tickets are often closed directly after a response, which makes a factual dialogue factually impossible. A real individual case examination is not recognizable to me.

In addition, the account is blocked during the open withdrawal request. I can neither continue trading nor request a new payout. At the same time, I regularly receive promotional emails for heavily discounted new accounts (30%, 50%, 60%), although an existing payout has not been processed for months. This approach seems contradictory and unprofessional.

Overall, the impression arises that communication is taking place without acting, and that delays are systematically eliminated. My experience with TradeXMastery is therefore negative and disappointing.

First payout requested !!!! Great platform so far

Just requested a payout with this firm after 30-40 days of trading consistently. So far the platform has been nothing but great and support online has always gotten back to me in a timely manner. I do see a bunch of bad reviews recently when it comes to payouts, I just hope they actually are not true and eventually process my payout. Will update this review as time moves forward.

Poor company and not very professional

One star is a lot for this company. I passed my challenge and request $200 and it took them like 10 days. Request my second payout and after 60 days they cancel my account because they said that I used 5 different devices. That was no true. I only used my computer and my phone. Customer Service is very bad. I will never use this company again. Lost over 6k

If I could give 0 stars then I would. Do NOT waste your time. They won’t pay you, they will block demo accts you pass and claim bogus rule violations even though in their terms and conditions, what they accuse you of you can. You can’t get ahold of anyone. You submit tickets only for them to be closed. I had a pending payout and passed a 200k before the denied it all and blocked half my accts.

READ THIS BEFORE YOU USE TRADEXMASTERY!!

I submitted a review on here in September and said I would come back if something changed. My $18,500 payout is STILL pending since August 31st!

My name is Shawn C. I am a well known trading educator in the space. I made it very clear to TradeX who I am and who I am connected to, they still keep stalling on paying me out. I sent well over 20 people from my team to them to use their firm and we dropped thousands of dollars on challenges.

I have extensive proof of their negligence and stalling tactics. "Charlene", one of their reps, continues to use the line- "We understand how beneficial these funds are for you. We have escalated this to the accounting team." No apology for their gross negligence, no accountability whatsoever.

Quite frankly- this is the most unprofessional experience ive EVER had with a prop firm and their customer service. I want to be very clear-

I am 100% convinced TRADEXMASTERY is a ponzi scheme. Ive heard numerous experiences of people who have had to wait MONTHS to get paid, some don't even get paid AT ALL.

I referenced regulators and the FBI fraud unit in one of my emails to them and they still continue to delay. I have abundant proof of their fraud.

I absolutely DO NOT recommend this firm. I have been in this space for 10 years and I promise you, this company is a criminal enterprise. The "live blockchain payouts" on their website are fake. I traced some of the payouts in their telegram- none of them come back to the amounts the claim. At one point, Charlene even lied in her email and said "We apologize for the delay, your request has been processed" as if they processed the payout and they didn't. Extremely unethical practices all the way around.

Any representative from TradeXMastery should take this very seriously and send my payout immediately. I have been extremely patient as I have waited over 120 days for a payout. My patience has run out. If I do not receive a payout within 5 business days, I am contacting the attorney generals office and the FBI Fraud Division and filing multiple reports.

This is completely unacceptable. You made a contract with people- when they get funded and make profits- YOU PAY!

I'm done with the excuses- my BTC address is saved on my account. I will no longer use the active account, I want my money and I am done.
