Amazing customer service
The underfloor heating pipe I ordered arrived damaged but TUS were fantastic - they sent a replacement immediately which arrived the next day, meaning our project stayed on track. Cynthia and Charlotte are great!

Used to retro fit on a wavin system
Used TUS to supply a 3 manifold emmeti system to be retro fitted to a 11 year old Wavin system. Some wired thermostats some wireless ones.
Items ordered and delivered promptly.
With Sophie and the team always available for guidance will definately be using again.

Great company for under floor heating…
Great company for under floor heating manifolds and spares. Only gripe is when I purchased online, my PayPal sent me payment receipt but the company did not until the next day so I was unsure if my order had gone through.
Happy all was sorted as it had gone through and the part arrive quickly.
