I had a really positive experience with Business Trade Insurance. Luke Nick was especially helpful throughout the process—knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely easy to deal with. He made everything clear and straightforward, which I really appreciated.
The renewal process was also very smooth and hassle-free, with everything handled efficiently from start to finish. It’s great to work with a team that values both professionalism and good customer service. I’d definitely recommend them.

Nick worked above and beyond on the day before our insurance was due for renewal to get everything sorted asap for us. The only reason for one star less is because I did request the changes months before on our previous policy, however only one email was sent back acknowledging with nothing further being received.

For the price i dont think you would find a better deal. Being a welder its a problem finding an insurance company that would quote you, This is my second year with Tradesmans insurance and am satisfied with my policy and with the staff.
