GOOGLE TAKE THIS WEBSITE DOWN ITS A BUNCH OF INDIANS PAKISTANI PEOPLE TRYING TO BE PARE LEGALS SCAMMERS

This business is a SCAM! Do not use their service. They claim to be legal representatives, charge $1800 to file for the trademark, then attempt to file the trademark so that it shows as published on the USPTO website, then asking for more money for attestation fees.
DON’T DO IT!

This company is not good to do business with. If you’re thinking about doing a trademark, I would suggest doing a review before going through with it. They contact me numerous times and send me messages about me losing my business name. That crazy. I haven’t even done business with this company, and I have been getting weird messages from them stating they’re going to register my small business with another company. I end up changing the name so they can just stop contacting me. I would hate for this to happen to anyone who truly invested in their business. Watch out and run. Stay bless!

I dealt with a guy named Kevin Jones. He would not communicate or answer questions. When I pressed, all via cat to complain, he told me that I was either drunk or high and hung up. These people are dishonest and rude.

Erica Robins made sure I fully understood the process of trademarking. Trademark Centric was absolutely great and caring of my needs.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! they are complete scammers got my dad for 11,000 now we have to try and take the case to court

They charged me for 5 different classes for the trademark application government fee, and they filed only 1 class (they took $1400 and never filed those classes). I asked them for a refund for the other 4 classes that they didn't file, but they keep telling me to wait even though I waited for a month and there is no update. This is a complete scam. They also filed the basis wrong and I now have to pay extra because it will belong to the wrong company. The total cost for me was $2000+ for just $350 application. Never go with this scamming company. Beware they will lie!!!!

Well receive notification I'll be receiving my money back. But at the same time Mike Thomas said they are keeping my business name completely in all 50 states. He said, they paid for the federal fees, other words he's saying since I didn't let them rip me off for 1750.00 plus trying to get me for another 1200.00 this is how they could pay me back. Now I'm fighting back because they have been busted for illegal practices. I believe all those good reviews below me could be fake and this company are scamming people for their money and company names trademark brands and much more. Bad company. Unbelievable!!!

Watch out sales lies, low quality work and the hidden fees! They are not lawyers. I bought the most expensive plan to make sure things are taken care of. They told me a lawyer will file mine, but it was done by a paralegal (I found out after they submitted). They just filed my application and made so many mistakes and I had to argue with them to fix it. Also, there are so many hidden fees and they charged me more than $2000 lawyer fees just to manage my application. They submit the trademark for you and you are alone after. They said 100% approval rate, but it’s not the application approval from USPTO, but by their “team”(whatsoever they mean).

Trademark Centric sucks it feels like a scam you pay one price to get your name trademark and they try and make you pay to take 3 different steps witch you would end up paying more than 1000 dollars, than try in convince you that it’s the usual price for a trademark save your self the trouble and use legal zoom!

I went to the website and it did not work properly. When I contacted the support team, they were fishing for information about me to be able to receive any help. When I searched for info about the company, they appeared in an article warning about trademark scams.

They are extremely patient and attend to details. Keith texted me beyond office hours and used his personal email when I couldn't receive their emails. I am glad I choose Trademark Centric. Highly recommend!

Trademark Centric was absolutely wonderful in caring for my needs. Erica Robins made sure that I understood the process all the way through.
