How does a company get hundreds of likes on a post but still scams tf out of ppl

Total scam 😒 😑 placed order for games table early December still no news of delivery but took money out of bank account. How do I retrieve these payments??????

Ordered a beauty box back in November haven't received it kept saying it's been delivered but it has not reported this to my bank as a scam don't let these scammers get away with it nomore don't even want to give it a one star zelong trade LTD keep away

Do not buy from this company. You will not get the items you have ordered. All the reviews below are exactly what has happend to me. Gutted as these boxes were Christmas presents.

Like others, total scam.....how on earth are these companies still allowed to get away with ripping people off, ordered a toaster in October and waited ages, said it was delivered......but to a completely different address 200 miles away, going to contact the bank, and then the police!

Total scam been in touch with action police fraud informed them also called my bank and got full refund...jo malone my backside

Scam do not order - nothing arrived no contact details no one to contact

I ordered from this company on November 2,2023 it’s December19, and still no merchandise, they sent a fake tracking number and them emails are leading nowhere I’m gonna contact Any & Everyone About Them I want them prosecuted in China

Don't buy from this place. I ordered guitar picks with box for 35.00 looks like child's toy. What a joke

I have read the reviews and I've had the exact same experience I have been waiting since I have experienced the same issues ad many others. I ordered in early November for my item it was shipped to a different country and they just keep telling me to wait for it to arrive and refuse to give me a refund. It is a scam and these types of ads should not be allowed to be posted on Facebook do not buy from this company it is a scam

November 29th order placed pac-man machine.Xmas gift for my Grand kids. Trying to track it a message was sent back that the order was sent out.🥂After looking at the reviews I no I will not be getting an order👏🏽I am happy to no I learned something about scammers an I have Something Good for those type 🎁

Absolute scammers, ordered product in October and was delivered to a completely different address 200 miles away, now not answering emails, have contacted my bank, so fingers crossed 🤞,

I have just read all the reviews about this company and my experience is pretty much identical. Ordered mid October, sent tracking number, item not received by me, yet delivered (by Royal Mail apparently) to an address miles away. Emailed to advise, said they will resend, still waiting.
I have emailed so many times and also requested a refund. Told me a refund is not possible and to be patient.
Surprise surprise, still nothing but I do feel a fool - it is, however disgusting that ads like this are even allowed and that this company is registered with companies house and is still getting away with all of these scams and hard earning money.
I’m going to take it up with my bank now but don’t hold out much hope there as it was totally my fault - but definitely lesson learnt!!

Company? Cal yourself a company? How the hell are you on trust pilot? Ordered and scammed on the 19th November, said it would take 15 - 20 days to be shipped. Emailed 3 times and nothing back. Got an email saying thanks for order but thats it. Contacting my bank in the morning, reporting to trading standards and then reporting trust pilot for allowing these to continue doing this. I'm gutted it was a present for my daughter for Xmas.

Placed order. And never heard from them again. The web page had the email and after placing the order it went away. But is my fault it was too good to be true. That company is run by thief's.

I have today reported this lying, thieving scumbag of a company to trading standards in Leicester, where they are based under a rock. Luckily I managed to get a refund from my bank.
