SCAMMERS! Traded my phone in via the Samsung website. It was in excellent order. I received a photo of a phone which claimed to have a chip in the screen and i needed to pay £150. If i didn't they would 'remotely shut down my phone'. I asked for a video, not photo's of my phone and they would not supply it. They also told me to speak directly to Samsung about the T&C's of the ability to remotely shut down my new phone. This company are scammers!!!!

I would not have sent a phone in with a fault. It was charging without error the day before.
Total scam, I was quoted £170 on arrival they said it had screen burn and new offer of £125! Which it's air bubbles under screen protector!
