Im a funded trader with them , I can guarantee you'll get paid out but if you want the leverage you paid for activated after you pay for it , dont count on it. Getting through to a human instead of a A.i is a task , your leverage will get activated hours later , by that time you've missed your set up . This will happen 99% of the time . Slippage and commissions crazy! You'll pull a 1k trade and get back 700 😭. Best prop firm to trade crypto with but you'll have to deal with the BS . Pick your posion . I purchase leverage with the account eveerytime and everytime I have to contact support and get them to activate my leverage , saying its annoying is a understatement. 2/5 rating and I gave them a 2 because they make sure you get paid after 48-72 hours , its not 24 hours fasho .

Got payout on time, support is very nice but rules need to be clearer regarding payouts. Once you request payout the dd isn't static and it moves up to initial.
Breached the account because of this, it's very hard to pass as well at 12%. Makes no sense to have dd move up after payout but I guess their firm their rules.

Tradeify Crypto banned me and denied my 2x 15k payouts after I successfully passed an in-person KYC call with their risk team AND successfully received prior (smaller) payouts, and the only explanation I got after weeks of intentionally ignoring my support requests was "Thank you for reaching out. After reviewing your account, our internal team has determined that it no longer meets the requirements to remain active on the platform. This decision is final, and we are unable to share the specific details of the review."

I asked to know what requirement I no longer meet and they once again just straight up ignored my response.

They also banned my Tradeify futures accounts in the process, with whom I had been previously called up to live and had 5 active funded accounts. All gone in the blink of an eye with no warning or reason behind it.

The Tradeify you know and thought you could trust appears to be gone, you cannot trust the Tradeify brand anymore.

EDIT: This TrustPilot review got an answer in minutes- my support email was sent on June 4th, went silent for a week, I asked for an update, and then was made to wait until June 17th to get the final ban non-answer for reference on this case. My reply asking for more info has gone unanswered for 9 days since then.

I have quite literally no idea what "third party trading activity and other prohibited trading practices" could mean because they haven't told me but I know they do not apply to me because the payouts they denied me were manually placed by me via manual discretionary mouse clicks on dxtrade from the same laptop they KYC interview verified from the same IP, and using my own trade ideas that are completely verifiable and documented with timestamps my own charting to back it up.

I am not too worried about the final decision- I am profitable enough on my own- but Tradeify's reply that the "team remains available if you'd like to discuss anything specific to your accounts." is provably false, as evidenced by the intentional silence to my queries.

EDIT: When this was posted in their Discord from my live funded role account, it was immediately deleted and I was banned from there too.

A very good platform where orders are received in real time

I bought two accounts with this firm from May 2026.

This is also my second review since they've never actually reached out from my "first review"

and i requested two payouts totaling to 190k and it's still in limbo mode for almost a month.

I requested my payout on June 5th and it's already been the 25th yet the team has never contacted or reached out for a resolution.

I'm at this point of believing they're doing it on purpose to breach my account for inactivity for July 5th.

I also contacted the support and they've told me to wait over and over for an update and now they fully ghosted me! They're likely to respond to this review on how passionate they are to resolve my issues.

This firm will not pay you out when you're requesting a big payout they'd rather give this away for marketing since it's better for their firm.

Traded with tradeify crypto for a while now, amazing prop firm. Had issue with my account being breached due to a software issue, contacted support and Andres quickly resolved it <3

I asked about why my kyc verification got denied and didn’t even get an answer.

Being able to receive a payout 3 days into passing the eval is great. I wish I paid the extra few bucks for 90-10 split. I was just unsure if I would pass the eval. But I passed with flying colors and 3 profit days I requested a $600 payout which is only half my account profit.

Tradeify Crypto is the most trustworthy platform out there. My payout processed in 5 minutes, and my accounts were always ready directly after payment. Theyre also the most fairly priced without annoying rules. Very straightforward and transparent will definitely be moving forward with them
