I have an account with Trade Galactica or Tgl… Worth 1.1 million. After getting rogue trades triggering margin calls … Julia Johnson entering terrible loss trades on computor for 5 minutes ..Shorted Nvidia, Spotify, Etherium. causing a 300 k loss and millions if I hadn’t closed it!!
In January I started asking to close my account and still March,2024, no cooperation. The last traders Paul and Tony keep asking for under the table crypto payments, then create another block for more cash. Drained me of money. No conscience. Seems really no big trading company like there website and instagram, but stealing from a few. Notified all police but they aren’t under fda authority. Can be found on google : but I flew from canada to their address : Canada 1 ,at Canarywarf ,London. Security said no such company….I would hear this cheering and clapping while on the phone but then realized always same sound so I think they play an audio recording like it’s some big trader floor. Luke, Julia, and Tony. “head boss”…who now says he’s in Miami. And Gordon Tate. I think all just work from their home computers.
This company is an out of control fraud. Police do nothing. Still trying to get my money but now, Tony says I’m suspended. . If you have a small amount they may pay you. I think the con is close to shutting down. Would make quite a movie. HELP!!

This company is a scam. They got me to invest more than I wanted to in order to " recover my account" and then when my account was good with $20,000 available to pull out they wouldn't allow me to pull anything out even though I told them I needed to pay my insurance. Your needs are not even a twinkle in their eye. They will take you for everything you got turn and run... Greasy scammers got me I lost thousands of dollars

Invested my money and wanted to draw some of it but they wouldnt let you draw the money . Now I have no contact with them.

This has been a disaster for me. I have not received one penny from my investment. Every time there has been some kind of step that needed doing and needed more money. All of this happened over a period of months. I am truly disappointed. I will admit that my "advisor" has been patient with someone who knows nothing abut this sort of financial trading but she only brought up steps and info when urgent needs arose. I was never fully informed ahead of time - and I still have no return despite spending thousands of dollars. I no longer expect any help from this company and I doubt that I shall ever see the money to which I am supposedly entitled.

Very Disgruntled: This platform is a SCAM!!!

I joined up with Trade Galatica in Nov 2023 thinking that I was going to get algorithmic/AI driven trading in various financial markets, particularly FX CFD. Initially my experience was OK but the trades were all manual. I was assigned an advisor to work with me but within a couple of weeks it was apparent that he was pretty much only interested in my ability to send more funds. (I had told him what my goal was - a very modest amount of gains in order to supplement my small pension income.) When I was unwilling to do so he went silent. I made an effort to contact support; the response was very slow. I needed help with resetting MT5, selecting trades and with processing a with a small withdrawal in order to see how it would work. (I never was able to execute a withdrawal - whenever I registered a withdrawal it simply remained in "Pending" status.) After a couple more weeks I finally heard from someone - Honestly I should have quit there and then!! But I decided to carry on. The new advisor did assist me, but not with a withdrawal. I was making nice gains in order to achieve my goal, but again he insisted that i send more funds. I agreed to do so this time and he executed a couple of trades that did well given the increased margin available. BUT then he went silent - I never heard from him for 2 weeks+ - no notification was provided. I carried on trading on my own and made some pretty nice gains. When the advisor did finally get back to me after I again got silence from the help/support desk, he told me he had gone on vacation - I was really puzzled that there was no notification... VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
I did carry on trading with him. But everything started to go badly. All the trades went into loss positions. One mysteriously had the opening price change "ALL ON ITS OWN" going seriously negative - when I queried this happening I got no answer. The advisor put me into several trades, one of them was a Crypto/USD position - it went seriously negative. By the end of that week my account collapsed completely. I got a message: Don't worry, be patient I will get your account reset at a VIP level...", all I had to do was demonstrate that I was in a POSITION to send more money... I didn't need to actually send more. WELL that has turned out to be a lie. I was told that I needed to send funds BUT they would be sent back to my bank the same day - this was to demonstrate that I had funds. The funds that I agreed to send - I should never have agreed to this tactic - have just simply disappeared. We were using a crypto trading platform to make my transfer - the funds in question disappeared from both that platform and my Trade Galactica account. Attempts to get support have only brought me silence, The advisor informed that I needed to send a significantly larger amount to unfreeze my account. (He posed as if this was a surprise to him - YAAH RIGHT - or he was incompetent.) I stated that that was not going to happen. I contacted the crypto trading platform; they asked for more details; I provided them; they investigated and informed me that my account was closed and that I was shut out of the platform. I have lost an amount that hurts for a small pensioner. I will be seeking ways to recover this. It is now obvious to me that I have made a serious mistake trusting this platform. The personnel are only interested in SCAMMING what they can before shutting you out!!

Update: Feb 28 2024:
My review is updated as follows: After 20 days of waiting for contact from Trade Galactica to address and resolve my concerns I am still waiting to hear from someone. I was very clear in requesting that my questions be answered by the agent I had been working with but I have received no response whatsoever. My position that I have expressed at great length remains exactly the same. This trade platform has made no effort whatsoever to provide customer support in order to address misappropriated funds. WHAT AM I to THINK??? How am I to understand their service??? When they’ve taken money from me and never registered it on my account AND then never made an effort to explain what’s happening or rectified the situation. I HAVE NO OTHER REPONSE than to call this a SCAM!! And now if TrustPilot takes down my review all I can conclude is that this review platform is a SCAM too in cahoots with the platform that is currently being reviewed. I will have to conclude that…. There is no legitimatacy to your service whatsoever.
What I’m carefully recording here is my real experience with what was supposedly a legitimate online investment trading service —- it is nothing but a SCAM if they won’t contact me and address my real legitimate concerns. TradeGalactica's account managers are knowledgeable and helpful. They take the time to understand my trading goals and provide personalized advice to help me achieve them.

They take the deposit fee and open all different accounts like Krypton coins ku coin an HXT account and you have to have a gmail account. I had a PAul Kantz supposedly my Financial Adviser changed the password on the HXT account and took out money don’t know where that went, every thing was going ok then it started to loose money all this guy wanted was to get into your Bank Account and take your money: He wanted more money to put on a new coin, that money went missing he went on holiday just before Christmas, and never returned, my account just lost everything. Then I had 3 different people calling to see what happened. Was told to give a bit more money so they could re revive the account with a Bonus, this never happened. No more calls after that.
Look out for Luke, Johnny and a Josephine. Big time Scam only interested in stealing your money
