Be careful and don't expect any form of…

Be careful and don't expect any form of Customer Service support when things go wrong.

We will now have been a little under a week without our order and despite stressing the importance and urgency that we have customers awaiting these items. Customer Services provided no support or help to us at all. Instead we have to wait another week for any response and probably by that chance we will have lost our customers through no fault of our own.
