Happy days
Never had to claim (thankfully) but never had a bad experience with them. Easy to use website for either getting a quote, looking at your account, renewing. Called them once to renew instead and had a pleasant chat with a UK based call centre. Only policy I've found that includes personal accident cover as well that doesn't cost a fortune. Happy with Trade Direct insurance and will continue to use them.
