I have been trying for months to have my password reset. I have made many requests by email and cannot receive an answer or a password reset. What is the problem with customer service. I invested over 5K and it looks like my account is in limbo.

What is the proper way to gain access to my account ? Does anybody know how.

Did some research, sounded promising, decided to start with a small investment. Immediately there were requests to increase my investment (I debated, but wanted to wait a bit to see how things looked when they went live). All of the sudden everything seemed to stall. No new news stories, pre-sales didn't advance (though a ticker made it seem like more purchases were being made constantly). DEMO was released and I couldn't access it. I tried to log in to get assistance and the website is down. Information was being hinted at but delayed......red flags popping up everywhere, but now way to ask any questions. Did finally receive a few tokens but not all that I should have. Can't do anything with them until the platform goes live. No indication that will ever happen now. Could it still turn around and be a good investment? Possibly. Do I think it is likely. Not holding my breath. I would love some reassurance from someone within the organization.........but can anyone find them anywhere???

I got my first 25% of tcrv tokens on mm. You have to import their address and there they are. I also thought it is a scam

This company is a scam.
Just like VC Spectra.
They both looked and sounded very similar in my dealings.
Lost money on both.
While these scumbags get rich on people like us. They will keep doing it when they are allowed to get away with it.
I hope they all rot in hell!

I should have known they were going to scam people. Thankfully I have learnt to only invest what you can afford to lose, and my investment was a measly $25. I am done investing in projects who do not provide info and remain anonymous, real images of real investors on website is a must, and no utility tokens are worthless projects. They have disappeared away with millions, no trace at all. They were suppose to release tokens today but alas, nothing! SCAM to the max!!! Another lesson learnt...stay away from these presale staged platforms, and get into reputable ico platforms, backed by big investors, DYOR...be blessed :)

It's a scam, they will take your money, they don't reply to messages and don't deliver the tokens has promised. DON'T INVEST

I was excited about Tradecurve. It seemed like a great Defi project. But as of today, 4/18/2024, the website is down, and there is no way to communicate with the development team. So, I'm filing a fraud report with the FBI and FTC in 72 hours and see what happens. If the project is still on, someone from Tradecurve should respond to this review within 72 hours; otherwise, I will begin the fraud reporting to ic3.gov and ReportFraud.ftc.gov. If you've been scammed use these links to file reports.

No communication, roadmap fail, no tokens, no refund,devs unknown, no news... NOTHING

They have failed their roadmap, no clear communication on social media like telegram and twitter. Fake buying. Very risky

I lost my money with them. It IS a scam. Money never shows up in the account because they steal it. The reviews saying they use the service is laughable because there is no service to use. Those reviews are plants. There is a whole network of scam advertising supporting it but no one checks validity. The scammers keep getting kicked off by ISP's because they are a scam, and then they reemerge elsewhere. The "presale" will go on for years, maybe forever to continue parting you with your money. If you put your money there, it is money lost. If you put your information on their site, they will likely sell it for more money to other scammers because you are obviously easy bait.

Absolutely a complete SCAM! Their twitter account says to go to the telegram chat with any questions, but the moment you ask a question there you get banned! They don’t answer any questions from investors, they just say don’t worry about it just keep buying..

These people and rippers and thief's and should be locked up disgraceful they are allowed to operate the UK police should get involved with these people swindling vulnerable people.

Complete scam. They just changed their web address, the site is down most of the time, the "writers" of articles about them always have suspended accounts on social media, every article is a paid advertisment trying to look like a real endorsement.

There's no real organisation with this so called tradecurve platform.
The whole thing is a scam including the token, website, social media and with their presale.
Please be cautious with Telegram messaging service that they are using to scam people also.
I have recently had a very interesting experience with the so called admin team.

Beware, as if anything in crypto, this can be a scam. However, contrary to what many people have posted in their review, this project has disclosed everything, even their anonymity. It's risky as in everything in crypto, but if you are capable of buying this token, you should already know this. So far, I've invested a little bit of money. I'm not planning to invest more due to risks, but my experience with the website has been pleasant so far.

This cryptocurrency is undoubtedly a scam. They provide no assistance whatsoever, once you buy the tokens, they will never appear in your wallet.

It's an absolute fraud. I strongly advise against making any purchases, as you will inevitably lose your money.

They might even resort to "blocking" you (I can only communicate with them through my verified account) on Twitter to evade addressing your inquiries, and their customer support is non-existent.

Fortunately, I've only lost 25€. I can't fathom the predicament of individuals who've invested 100, 1000, and so on.
