Had to mark one star but doesn’t deserve any stars. Terrible experience with this company
Ordered one tin of specialist paint on 18/10/25 today ten days later due to having to chase up, as was told 2-4 days for delivery have cancelled and asked for full refund. Very disappointed and such a waste of time and stress.
This company and the courier service they use APC I would NOT recommend.
Very poor.
When I asked for refund as per refund policy they stated that I would get refund minus handling 15% and p&p!! I have to be out of pocket due to the poor service.
Then two weeks later I have to remind Tradec that I haven’t received my refund.
Awful service and there answer when being questioned is to ignore and last response was
“Refund sent!” Childish and unprofessional

I am very pleased with all the paint I have ordered from Tradec. It has been exceptionally well packaged (no chance of any paint leaking out) and sent super fast. Thank you very much. I will order again.

Totally delighted with the price and very fast delivery of the paint ordered. The website descriptions were very clear and useful, and having just painted the inside of a very rough, old wooden shed, the information had been invaluable. It now looks a treat!
I will definitely be using this excellent company in the future.

Ordered Solignum x 2. Scheduled to arrive Wednesday. Arrived Monday. (even a bank holiday Monday) Fantastically well packed. Great service and competitive price. Much impressed.

Ordered this paint on a Saturday evening (yes, I do need to get out more!) and it was with me by Tuesday morning (along with some Haribo, thank you!). The communication was excellent and Adrian sent a personalised email with the invoice attached as well as the order confirmation. You can’t beat the service I received, thank you again, I’ll definitely be a repeat customer when I next need paint.

Despite promising express delivery next day, I had to chase a delivery commitment which was 3 days after ordered. It was finally delivered on day 4. Further confusion over an offer from the seller to refund only to be told to read the small print which said this applied only to items in stock. I don’t like dealing with companies giving empty promises and then not following up.

HiTextured paint was ordered on line and arrived within 2 days. Very good service.

amazing customer service and fast delivery

Poor all round and only achieved a one star rating because I can't mark any lower! Order was ignored alongwith emails and messenger contact to establish where it was at. The order was refunded in full with an apology which sounded pretty lame really ... 'been away for 10 days ....'. Just not acceptable, appears to be a sole trader with no procedures in place to handle out of office orders.
