DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
Placed my order in November, Still waiting for a refund and chase 1 to 2 times a week. Only £6 of my £126 order was sent out. They only sporadically reply to emails, promise the refund is being processed but nothing happens! Their phone number for them is a mobile and is straight to voicemail. Check them out on Companies House, it doesn’t look good. You’ve been warned!!!

Ordered a lock from them which they eventually told me that DPD lost. I ordered another lock from them which they then told me was out of stock. I asked Scott to cancel that order and I orderes elsewhere. They then send me the lock that they didn't have in stock. Took me weeks to get a refund on the first lock. Have since returned the second lock they delivered and still waiting in a refund for that. Scott has put the minimal amount of effort into helping after making this mistake in the first place. Ordered from toolchimp and they were great. Recommended them over this company.

Ordered on the 4th for next day delivery paid £9 extra for the delivery.. even though delivery page says £7.50 had no email to say delivery would be following day so emailed them turns out they have no telephone number what a surprise. they emailed back eventually to say items had been dispatched on there system but DPD hadnt picked them up and would let me know.. they didnt so back and fourth emails wen and damn there slow at replying or just plain ignoring the emails.. they eventually said DPD had picked up the items but had lost them so they would resend the following day via parcel force .. they didn't send nor at time of writing this responded to any emails I have never seen such a crap customer service

ordered about lunch time on next day delivery was delivered the next morning great service. Thank you.

Ordered a small order online, heard nothing since, tried to contact you through your website but had to come out of that as it was impossible to get an email to you, no available phone number just a robotic controlled web which is no good to man nor beast, you are all the same just sit there taking the money, I shall not be using TCO again

Good price for the decking spindles, and excellent customer service. One of the packs was a missing a spindle on delivery, but TCO quickly dispatched a replacement that arrived in time to avoid delaying the project

Very happy with the items I bought and thetime it took to deliver, one order was even split at no extra cost due to some items not being in stock.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong product. When I realised I contacted TCO online, that’s when Stan became my saviour! When I explained my problem he immediately got to the bottom of the problem and e mailed me to assure me that he could help. True to his word he cancelled the wrong order, reordered the correct items and arranged for a refund as my correct order was cheaper. Looking at the times of the emails and the opening times of the company, I presume that Stan was working late ! I told him that I wanted to nominate him for Employee of the month, but they don’t have such awards.
This company are very lucky to have such a conscientious person in their employ and I hope they appreciate him as much as I do.
I would recommend anybody use this firm as they are competent and efficient as well as being very reasonably priced.

Easy to order quick delivery and good quality products

a useless company !
Bought an item and it was “delivered to the wrong address” blaming the courier. When spoke to courier it wasn’t even shipped to my address!

They refunded, I reordered when it was “back in stock”

Yes! Same problem yet again, this time blaming Royal Mail, spoke to Royal Mail again the address was not mine the item was sent too!

Giving tracking numbers on orders just to fulfill then refund is hassle for everyone, the job has been delayed over a week now.

Once fair enough, but twice?!

Useless!
