Refrigerated food item (pesto) arrived…

Refrigerated food item (pesto) arrived without cold packaging and with over a week of travel, after company confirmed cold packaging would be used in shipment prior to purchase. Yes, I attempted to confirm before shelling out over $100. It took over two weeks to get the company's painfully slow customer service to authorize a refund, only after I was directed to return the item (which presumably, worryingly, was going to be re-sold to some unknowing person??). They would not acknowledge that they had made an error and in fact asserted the item didn't have to be refrigerated, despite the manufacturer of the item confirming that all of their products must be refrigerated! Was very sad not to be able to get the much desired product safely, as it isn't sold in my area, and so frustrated with their customer service. The only grace was actually getting my refund.

I Do not reccomend

Two weeks after ordering and the order didn't arrive. No email or text. I had to follow up. They finally say they are out of stock and I have to request the cancelation. No link, no details how to. Not easy to find where to cancel either. Too much hassle - horrible follow up. I will never use again.

Beware of Tradecart

I ordered candy on April 8th and my package is expected to arrive May 2nd. They shipped out on April 18th and on the 21st they sent me an email that TWO THIRDS of my items are unavailable. They told me this information days after my order had already shipped out. Had I known this, I would have canceled my order. Instead I’m paying a $12.99 shipping fee to receive mints. I emailed and they keep sending me the same response telling me that the items aren’t available. I keep telling them that they notified me after it shipped out and they keep responding that “the items aren’t available”. I’ve asked for a refund on the shipping fee. I feel like this is not a legitimate company. No sign of the refund on the unavailable items but I will wait a week (they let me know it should be reflected on my credit card now). Something is definitely off.

Edit: they refunded the cost of the items that weren’t available and 2/3 of the cost of the shipping.

Exellent! My first time ordering from this…

My first time ordering from this company. I was leary because the prices were great, and I hadn't heard of them. I loved that it was CANADIAN!!! I put my faith and my dollars in Canadians!!! They exceeded my expectations in fulfillment of the order, speed of delivery and quality of product. I ordered Salt Rock Candle Holders, and was expecting one half of the size I received because the price seemed too good to be true. They are absolutely gorgeous in colors and shape. I wanted rough cut holders, and natural colors and asymmetry. If you are looking for each candle holder to be identical, these are not for you. They do have other choices.
