When we needed a replacement product under warranty, an upgraded version was sent to us but after contacting TradeBase without any delays they sent us the original version of the product. As an individual customer, instead of being part of a business/tradesperson they couldn't have been more helpful, promptly replying to our questions and offering exemplary customer service (thanks Ashlyn!). The product arrived within a day of posting, with brilliantly clear instructions and was incredibly easy to fit properly too.

Tradebase are the best contractors with new products & regular offers that are always affordable reducing prices that would incurred especially during construction and renovation, it's easy to contact them and make appointments.

Amazing service! After being let down by one of the major online providers, Victoria Plum ( avoid like the plague!), I urgently needed a bath to enable my plumber to crack on.
