Brilliant, so each to set up and does so much more than our old tracker. More accurate too, fog works on a farm so important to know what he’s up to and where he’s hiding. Highly recommend

Customer service answered my questions quickly and solved my problem. I started with Whistle, and liked their product for over a year until we were only getting coverage 50 % of the time. We changed to Tractive 2 years ago and have been happy with it.

I had a problem. It came not working properly but I didn't know. As it got worse I contacted Tractive. It took 2 people and 3 days but a new one was sent. The new one works so much better.

I’ve been a huge fan of Tractive for a good few years and use for my Charlie, my 7 year old boy. He loves wearing it and it enables me to know where he is always when he’s out. Three of my friends have access too so are part of Charlie’s family!! Also love the weekly health reports and all the awards/activity records it provides. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I’ve boughten so many Tracking devices for my two Cats , they love to be outside and it’s safe where I live . I live in a tiny little Village in Saskatchewan Canada, but sometimes they’re gone longer than I’m comfortable with or go farther than I want. I can’t find them and I freak out ! So I was skeptical about these because of all the negative experiences I’ve had with others , but I thought okay these are the last ones I’m buying! I got them took about 30 minutes from out of the box to them being ready to go . I freaking LOVE THEM ! There are different options and prices to choose from, I only have one negative and it’s kinda a big one , the pricing section when you are just looking to buy them say MONTHLY! But in reality it’s a Yearly Subscription and with two Cats that need them , and of Economic Times aren’t the best it’s a pretty big investment or for me it was coming at just barely over 400 . They work fantastic truly they do , they pinpoint right where they are plus you can Live Track them and see exactly when they move , the Health Board is great and the History you can see the areas of where they are and the areas they like the best , my only advice would be to PLEASE give us the option to pay Monthly! As it would bring way more people to getting them , I’ve told so many people and they were like oh I’m getting those …….. Until the see the upfront costs involved, then they say oh I can’t put that much out upfront. Believe it or not, not every single Person has a Credit Card ! They have regular Bank Cards that can double like a Credit Card , but you are using only the funds available in your account. I would have bought these YEARS ago if it was a Monthly payment option, otherwise other than the cost upfront I absolutely love these and can let my Fur Babies go out without me constantly worrying about them. Plus they work anywhere , I can go on Vacation take my Cats and it works and yes I’ve taken them on Vacation lol. If you can afford the upfront cost involved you won’t be sorry .

Have had our tracker for over two years now with no issues up until this week where the tracker had fallen off whilst out with the dog walker. Managed to track it down on the app and using the radar feature, but discovered the sound didn't work. Quick email to customer services and less than 48 hours a brand new updated replacement arrived. Fantastic customer service and reliable app and tracking features.

Brillant service. One of my trackers would not switch off . Fast response from Tractive with a suggested possible solution which was to no avail . Tractive confirmed a technical fault and they would send a replacement as I have tracker plan premium . This was early afternoon on a weekday and I asked if next day delivery was possible as we were going away . It arrived the next morning . Can’t fault that service . Helpful staff , very professional and warm in their communication

Tractive was easy to set up, allowed for family sharing, and isn't too heavy for my dog to wear. The insights are interesting as well.

Very good tracker, can see where the dog is at all times. Monitors heart rate which is great if your dog has been active all day. Brilliant piece of kit.

I have a 6 month old golden retriever puppy and an almost 10 year old (perfect in every way) golden. We live on a farm so the golden girls have a large area to run. Tractive is super accurate when I’m looking for them. The light is so bright and perfect for our after sunset walks.

when it works it is great, but the zone gets confused when the cat ventures out of it and into the neighbor's yard than it advises your collar is in power saving mode and you cannot activate radar nor the collars sound until you get out of power saving mode. Yet the cat and collar are nowhere near the zone so it should not be in power saving mode but actually should be in live tracking mode.

We have 2 very fast and very active Vizslas. They both have great recall and we haven’t ever had trouble with them coming when called. We just moved to the mountains of North Carolina and have been hiking almost every day usually going at least 6 miles. Our dogs are typically off leash and our youngest is 11 months old. I decided to get him a Tractive just to have an extra level of security and to be extra safe. We literally had the Tractive for 1 week and a giant and aggressive Great Dane came up from behind us. Our oldest came immediately to us for protection but our puppy ran and that big dog chased him. Thankfully Ollie is fast and can maneuver through the woods like a race car. He ended up miles away and it took us hours to get to him. The Tractive took us to his precise location. It was easy to follow. It updated real time. I don’t know what we would have done without it. I’m so so so grateful. Both dogs now have one and don’t leave the house without them!

Great product, app is relatively easy to use.

Had a few issues on setup when pairing device but after it synced it’s been great.

Battery life is ok, however the battery life remaining indicator isn’t reliable it jumps % left randomly from let’s say 40% to 6% to 20% in a 5 minute window

I have been using tractive for about 10 years .i have a typical beagle and have used the tracker to good effect several times as he wanders to eat recycling and rubbish when out with dog walker . Always alerted if he wanders from safe zone
Have found the breathing , respirations barking and scratching additions useful

They try to tell you, with mostly fake reviews I am sure, that these things are highly accurate and you're able to get real-time data about your pet but DO NOT BE FOOLED!! I've owned one for 8 months now and there has only been a few times where this piece of garbage has actually worked. The battery life's are abysmal lasting only a day and a half maybe two at the very most. I've attempted to use the device to actually find my pet and have only had success once or twice. I look around and I read the reviews and I'm here to tell you that these things are total garbage!

It’s given me such peace of mind that my dog is safe. He ran away a few times before getting it we’re so grateful to always know his location
