Arrived really quickly, super easy to set up, I live in a rural area and my spaniels regularly runs off all round our farm and woodland, and it’s a struggle to find him. We’ve not set safe areas and I get an alert as soon as he’s out this area. He’s now easy to find with the tracker. Also loads of health info, rather like a fit bit for a dog. Would recommend.

Super accurate

Tractive always tracks my Siberian Huskie's escape artist tracks. I have expetienced much less anxiety with their system. I usually can locate her when chasing after a rabbit or prey in under 15 minutes total time spent. Gotta keep the collar battery charged up (which is an awkward design), but this tracker system is top notch.

Tracker was offline for couple weeks so far. I’ve tried to hard reset but it wasn’t helpful.

Tractive has given us the confidence to let our cat enjoy the outdoors as much as possible. He often stays outside all night and it’s such a relief to know his whereabouts. It’s also been particularly helpful when we have needed to find him in order to take him somewhere.
On the one time where we needed a replacement tracker (the safety collar came off in a particularly inaccessible spot), it was sent out immediately. Customer service is very fast and helpful. I would definitely recommend!

I purchased 2 tractive colour devices and 2 subscriptions before moving house. Our 2 beagles were getting on great in the new garden and I thought “have I wasted money on the devices and subscriptions because they haven’t found a weak point to escape. Then BAM! They escape! Once they were retrieved the tractive collars went on and now only come off to charge! Beagle names are Alfie and Bailey!!!!

I’m unfortunately very disappointed with this GPS tracker. It often shows incorrect locations, sometimes off by several hundred meters, only to later “jump back” to the correct position. On one occasion, it even showed my cat moving at 36 km/h far away from home, which caused serious panic—but it turned out to be completely wrong.

The GPS signal is also very unreliable and frequently disappears, sometimes for up to an hour. This happens most of the time when my cat is outside.

I bought this tracker for peace of mind, but instead it creates stress and worry. It does not live up to expectations.

Each time I sought assistance for a problem with my tracker, the communication was effective and supportive. I can't fault the service at all.

I truly enjoy the tracker, the app and the customer service! Tracker and app are easy to use and pet owners have possibility to pin dangerous spots on map. Also the service is really awesome, as they suggested second tracker for second dog for free if I order subscription. So far I am very satisfied!

Very good at tracking my dog who is a scent hound. I like the light feature at night. My dog is 35kgs and I bought the lighter version and it works great.

It is a great device but unfortunately the battery really doesn’t last very long and I am always afraid that it runs out while my cat is out. I need to recharge it at least twice a day to have peace of mind.

The product started off great and solved all our issues of getting our cat inside at night, but within 6 months the battery life went down significantly. It now loses 50% charge daily and requires recharging every night. I've tried the power saving zones and low battery mode but they greatly impact the tracker's location abilities. Second, their customer service is horrendous. In fact, I don't believe they have a customer service team. I believe it's AI assisted customer service. Each time I've reached out, they send cookie-cutter answers back that don't even address my questions or needs. There is no phone number and no real human to talk to. This has caused me to lose faith in the quality of the product and it's not worth the cost of the subscription. Do better!
