Great dealership and friendly staff. Jack at Suzuki Exeter is great. I love the car. few snagging issues where the touch screen centre console doesn't work very well and it take 3-4 seconds to load anything after you have selected and option. this gets very frustrating and this needs to get fixed asap. Apart from that i love the car.

I would highly recommend Tracks Suzuki Exeter if you are looking to purchase a car. I visited the show room a few times and at no point felt pressured into a purchase. When the time was right for me to go ahead with the purchase Jack made the process easy and hassle free. He was friendly and approachable. The garage has a family feel and they care about their customers.

A welcome experience
The people at Tracks in Exeter always welcome you with a smile and give all the time you need to help. I waited while the MOT was carried out, in a very clean showroom where drinks were freely available. You are recognised when you walk in, making you feel more like a welcome visitor than a customer. I definitely recommend them.

I had a very good experience at Tracks in Exeter. Royce was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us with a car we had seen online. A non pushy and honest approach to car sales led us to buy the car we viewed. On collecting the car we were seen by another member of staff, Jack, who was equally helpful. He was efficient and gave me a tutorial on the vehicle, which again was very beneficial. He also made me feel I could ring him with any queries at all about the car as I’d gone from an old vehicle to something very modern. I feel that the experience at Tracks was extremely positive and the customer service was fantastic. Thank you!

First class service.
Jack was extremely helpful when we first called in just to look at cars. When we had to buy a car a few weeks later after ours was written off, we went straight back to Exeter to buy the car. Jack was very thorough in telling us all about the car we wanted, answering all my stupid questions!! The pick up on the day was very smooth, everything was ready to go.
