TrackOFF stopped working on 12/28/24. I have sent several emails to customer support and they do not respond. At one time you could call and talk to a human, now you don't know if they are receiving the emails or not.
My computer had just gone thru a browser update, but some issues occurred with this process. Some third party software were removed, and created problems for me. I contacted Track-OFF Customer Support Dept. They quickly responded and provided me with the download links so I can re-establish the software back onto my computer. I'm a "happy" Track-OFF customer.
