AVOID much better providers out there

I can only second all the negative reviews of trackitnow - no responsibility and excessive charges - we were met with brickwalls at every step of the process and in the end had no option but to cancel - realised we were being overcharged for monthly subscriptions but trackitnow weren't interested or bothered - avoid at all costs - we have since moved to a much cheaper and better provider but feel very aggrieved at the customer service (or lack of it) form TIN - for your information TIN customer service is when you do all in your power to keep your customers happy - if we treated our customers in the manner we have been treated we would soon be going out of business!

Poor Customer Service and Equipment failure

My personal (running the company fleet) experience with Trackitnow has been extremely frustrating. The tracking equipment has repeatedly failed, reporting incorrect speed and location data, which made it completely unreliable for our operations.

Customer service has been slow to respond, unhelpful when issues were raised. On top of that, we were hit with several hidden charges — including being billed for the return and replacement of faulty units on two separate vehicles, and after they sent out the incorrect fobs, charged for returning them, and then charged again for sending out the correct ones. Their mistake, our cost.

For the cost involved, we expected a far better level of reliability and support. Unfortunately, we can’t recommend Trackitnow based on our experience and I would recommend looking elsewhere and through other suppliers with a better track record. Soon as we are able to get out of our contract, we'll be moving to another.

Thanks for the reply, as stated, I have already been in contact with you via your ticket system. I write this review with the ticket now closed and the situation not going anywhere. You T&C's state about costings, but when its your system that has failed, your equipment not preventing us being able to use the systems as intended, I expect the fix to be at zero cost to us. (much like when we were charged for you sending out the wrongs fobs, for us to be charged for them being sent, us sending them back and the correct ones being sent out).

All in, my review stands, as soon as we can move, we'll be moving to a system with a bit more customer service, and understanding.

AVOID!!

AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!!
Faulty fitting caused van not to start, no responsibility taken even though this was proved by the engineer that had to fix it (at our expense!). Also charged for removing a faulty tracker. Terrible company - would recommend using Scorpion or Tracker instead as these have the absolute worst customer service and we have been left seriously out of pocket

** EDIT following reply - We have clear evidence of your engineers’ incompetent wiring, which you are refusing to take responsibility for. We were forced to pay a third party to correct the fault. The van’s failure to start was not a battery issue, but solely due to the way the tracker had been installed. On top of this we are also being charged for a tracker which is not working.

After being a customer for over 10 years, we are extremely disappointed with the poor service and lack of accountability. We would welcome the opportunity to have a constructive discussion about this matter, but due to the lack of adequate response, we have had no choice but to leave this review as a last resort.

Just awful!

The same experience as the previous reviewer. Several of our trackers stopped working over Christmas, two of which are still out of action. TrackitNow tooked about 2 months to send out an engineer to fit a new tracker, but it also did not work. We are are now at the end of April and hoping that the engineer is going to turn up today as promised (currently a hour late!). And they are still charging us!!
I placed this review on 24/04/2025 and received their generic response on 04/09/2025. 4 months later - I think that says it all really!

Ok while trackers are working ???

Ok while trackers are working but if fail then customer services are very poor, three trackers failed over the Christmas period, customer services never opened up until 6th Jan, one fixed within 2 days, one fixed in 2 weeks the other still not fixed and there response is terrible, avoid them if rely on trackers on a day to day basis
