Great experience, very easy to organise and whole process flowed smoothly. Tracker was ordered and fitted in two days. Great service. Paul fitted ours and was very helpful and explained everything. He was really efficient and did a great job. Thanks

Got the ghost2 + S5 + Thinkware through TrackerTeam
Got the ghost2 through TrackerTeam.co.uk. Initially, they could not find an engineer, but they kindly followed back an assigend me an Engineer.
Engineer assigend to me was Harvey. Came on time even though it rainign heavily unfortunately. Yet the Aberdeen weather did not stop him from doing what he's doing. Finished everything neatly and gave me a tour of everything. Harvey really knew car people's OCDs when it comes to interior tidiness. He was so concerned.

Jenny informed me of my options and left me alone to make my mind up with out any pressure of excessive call backs. Once I made up my mind she was very efficient and informative with the way she delt with me.

Professional and knowledgeable
I recently bought a new car and wanted to make sure it is as secure as possible, so I bought a ghost 2 immobilizer and a scorpion s5 tracker for peace of mind.
The advisor I got was Adrian, he was very helpful and knowledgeable in the process of selecting the products I needed and finalising the financial side of things, he went above and beyond even though it was outside his working hours.
The engineer assigned to me was Naeem, his punctuation was spot on and his knowledge of how the system works with my specific car was very extensive. He fitted the devices within an hour and explained everything I needed to know with great detail.
Impeccable service from a professional company, I highly recommend tracker team!

Called today and enquired about installation of a ghost2 and tracker and I spoke to Markus who is super friendly and took time to explain in full the details about each product that I was enquiring about. Definitely the best customer support agent I’ve spoken too in a while.
