Absolutely shocking service
Absolutely shocking service. First contacted in February 2026 to request withdrawing of funds, promised to send documents. Chased 2 weeks later to receive an apology and a further promise to send documents.
Documents received, 24 pages to print off when only 10 pages needed to be filled in. Called the office, promised to send out paperwork via post. 6 weeks later, still no paperwork.
Stay away from this badly managed company if possible.
