I am already a committed user of TP-Link products, as, in my opinion, they lead the field in quality and value for money.
However, until recently I have never needed the assistance of their Customer Support people.
Having some issues with the download speed on my new router, I asked them for assistance, and was blown away by the level of support they supplied, including some hours remotely investigating online.
Their Customer Support department was outstanding in their level of interest over the space of a week and in their determination to resolve the problem - which turned out to be a poor quality Sonoff device on my LAN
Can’t recommend TP-Link products and Support highly enough, and special thanks to Camellia, Kathy, Sylvia and Noah for their brilliant work and communication.
TP-Link AV600 does not work. It's a piece of junk. If you want to waist your money buy one.
Bought the Archer MR400 to replace my Virgin Fibre box, it works very well using a Smarty sim card works out half the price of virgin monthly cost and no contract.
I have 42 devices connected including Alexa, smart switches, works smart tv, Amazon fire sticks, and about 12 security wifi cameras, ring doorbell and everything works well.
You have full control of your own system and for a security point of view it's more secure than using a phone or cable connection that can be cut.
Highly recommended cant fault it broadband big boys will have competition to think about!!!

Worked straight of the box - simple and efficient. Good instructions and web support.
