Was initally unable to configure new Deco X10 units. Glenn stepped me through multiple options until we identified the actual issue. Nothing wrong with the Deco units - just my DOOSE phone not compable.

Yone was very helpful during my first ever router installation. Talked me through the entire process to set up a new TP-LINK router that was previously bought and returned from Harvey Norman. Couldn't fault the entire experience with Yone, thank you.

Tara was exceptional

Tara was exceptional. Excellent customer service , very patient with me and very knowledgeable if I could give her a higher than 5 star review I would. The equipment I requested help to set up is working and has exceeded my expectations. I cannot thank Tara enough for her help.
