Excellent customer service
I contacted the online chat service for assistance with setting up a new modem and requested to speak to a consultant. I was quickly connected to Joshua who was able to easily identify my issue and point me in the right direction for a solution. He provided internet links and screenshots along with clear directions to enable me to ascertain my problem and point me in the direction to resolve the issue. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this service. Excellent customer service.

Warranty process is woeful
Warranty process is woeful, spent ages with the 'support' team proving that the part was deffective, they finally agreed to RMA then told faulty part is no longer stocked goodbye and good luck.
Won't purchase from them in the future, recomend you dont either. Another 'lasts a year then bin it' company

I have been facing the network issues from past 10 days i have contacted my service provider to resolve the problem but they couldn't help me out so i contacted tplink support team and Hely which is one of a person of customer support team who helped me to resolve this issue. She was very patient and guiding me in every step really appreciated her work.

Installing Deco Mesh
I had recently purchased a TP LINK AX53 router from a retail store and wanted to expand the coverage. The store told me the Deco mesh would do that job and it was a piece of cake to do. Just down load the app and away you go. Yeah right. Enter Hely from TP Link. This person is amazing. I am just north of 70 and while I would consider myself computer savy I do get hung up on tech stuff and fiding a resolution to a problem. Some information from Hely in lay mans language and the problem was solved super fast. Thank god we have people like this available to contact with the manufacturer because of idiot salespeople that claim to everything and in reality know b all
