To be honest I did not have high expectations following multiple frustrating attempts to seek help to resolve my issues. Once Jazlyn & I tuned into being on the same page, I felt Jazlyn showed some genuine interest and intent to help me resolve my issues.

Sadly, very often I feel that feedback surveys target staff “performance” when really, most often under resourcing and company policy & managerial processes & procedures need to be the subject of audit and scrutiny.
The poor customer-facing staff become the frontline for frustrated customers.
So, a HUGE thanks Jazlyn my wi-fi is going great thanks to your patience and efforts working thru the issues with me.

Ivan solved two problems I had with my voip phone in no time at all. I was amazed because I had struggled with my ISP on the issues and got nowhere. Thanks Ivan!

Had spoken to Hely over call who was really helpful in troubleshooting my issues with my Aginet Router

We had trouble with the set up because we didn't understand everything. However the people on the app were unbelievably helpful and supportive and got us through what we needed to being able to use what we need.

Straight forward help got me sorted quickly

Freya was a super hero! After I identified MY OWN mistake she stayed on the line and talked me through 5 other issues with set up. Give her a RAISE!!

Was having trouble with our internet connection so gave tp link a call. Sloane answered, she was very helpful and efficient in helping me fix the issue. Thanks again for everything :)

Mark Dalmacio was so helpful and kind. They helped me along every step of the way and explained things too so I knew what I was doing in case it happened again. Every time we would disconnect because my wifi didn’t work they would ask what happened to help. 10/10

Although the wait time and then waiting for a call back was longer than expected. Once through and was assisted by Charlene, I told her the issue and she knew exactly what was wrong - i had a third party router connected to my ISP. ISP had no idea what to do, but Charlene at TP-Link knew immediately. I was a bit apprehensive, after trying to troubleshoot all night and morning. But once I received the troubleshooting instructions from TP-Link, it worked immediately, it took less than 2 minutes to sort out. Its not the first time we've had issues using a third party router (both times TP-link routers) with ISP in NZ - its just how the router needs to configure. I would highly recommend TP link helpline for their knowledge - both times we've had the problem solved immediately. They're incredibly knowledgeable magicians!
