To be honest I did not have high expectations following multiple frustrating attempts to seek help to resolve my issues. Once Jazlyn & I tuned into being on the same page, I felt Jazlyn showed some genuine interest and intent to help me resolve my issues.
Sadly, very often I feel that feedback surveys target staff “performance” when really, most often under resourcing and company policy & managerial processes & procedures need to be the subject of audit and scrutiny.
The poor customer-facing staff become the frontline for frustrated customers.

Mark Dalmacio was so helpful and kind. They helped me along every step of the way and explained things too so I knew what I was doing in case it happened again. Every time we would disconnect because my wifi didn’t work they would ask what happened to help. 10/10
Although the wait time and then waiting…
Although the wait time and then waiting for a call back was longer than expected. Once through and was assisted by Charlene, I told her the issue and she knew exactly what was wrong - i had a third party router connected to my ISP. ISP had no idea what to do, but Charlene at TP-Link knew immediately. I was a bit apprehensive, after trying to troubleshoot all night and morning. But once I received the troubleshooting instructions from TP-Link, it worked immediately, it took less than 2 minutes to sort out. Its not the first time we've had issues using a third party router (both times TP-link routers) with ISP in NZ - its just how the router needs to configure. I would highly recommend TP link helpline for their knowledge - both times we've had the problem solved immediately. They're incredibly knowledgeable magicians!
