Super happy
I received my items within two days of purchasing which was amazing and they were packaged so well. When ordering online some times funkos can arrive damaged so it so nice to see the care they put into packaging my items!! Also the prices of the items were 10/10 and would recommend anyone looking to buys funkos to use this store!! Definitely will be buying more!

A great company with superb service.
The toy dinosaur we bought for our grandson broke after a couple days. Got in touch and without any fuss, a replacement was sent out. We are so impressed with this company and will not hesitate to use them again.

I'm sorry that you did not get the chases you were hoping for. There is a 1 in 6 chance of any customer receiving a rare chase in a Funko Soda.
Just as we did when we replied to your email, I can assure you that we never re-seal any of our products. All of our products are brand new and unopened. We certainly wouldn't have 5 stars on Trustpilot if this was the case.
I can see that you have a history of leaving negative reviews when you purchase chance items and do not get the desired result. I understand that this can be disappointing, but to blame a small business such as ourselves seems unfair. I wish you better luck in the future.
