Actually I was not getting the whole concept about the merchant I really appreciate the whole process but it is quite unfortunate I don't have enough to continue. I think it's a family merchant that brings people together and really appreciate and hope to continue in future. Thank you

Scam website -- got signed up to a subscription service via a text message purporting to be from the Royal Mail in the UK requesting payment of a £2.50 customs fee -- next thing they're charging £10 a month to my card!

Update, finally got a refund but no explanation of how this dodgy toy store site in Cyprus got my card details or managed to take a "subscrption payment". Details are being forwarded to the Cypriot police cybercrime department.

The response and assistance from your Consultant is satisfactory, however, the advertisement or link, whatever you would like to refer to it is, is very misleading and I was thoroughly unimpressed that my account was debited by not only toysforkids.zone, but a sister company of theirs as well.

The request was resolved really quickly. Alero was very helpful and prompt.

This is a classic con, fraudulent set up like from other companies to take your money and withdraw additional funds… do not deal with this company
