Very bad,, this is a scam website, still they haven't repay my money after I HV requested so many times to undo my subscription and refund my full amount, fake website and poor communication

Hey first of all I would like to thank Miss Nela for everything the way she helped me out i had the best experience with her. Even she told me that she will refund my money also thank you so much for that.

The money was deducted from my account and I don't know what is it for.

After so many attempts and 2 months later I still have not received my money back from them, the deducted my account twice with no explanation nor refund with a tone of emails to them. The are a company that deduct membership fees while you on Temu saying you recieved a gift card from them and boom your money is out your account with no concent.

Don't try to access or buy products from this website. They will automatically signed you up and deduct membership fee without your confirmation. And take note, they will deduct your account not once but twice without even clarifying the nature of the deductions. They will keep saying about their terms and condition when you request for a refund. I did not even receive the item but they charged me already more than the value of the item I purchased.

I did a survey that I saw on a social media platform, and I didn't know that it would sign me up for an automatic subscription. I had to manually cancel my subscription to prevent future charges.

Noticed I'd accidentally signed up for membership and subscription service and got help with the chat service. Did not try to talk me into staying on was very helpful and resolved it within a minute
