DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased a Battlebot set for my son for Christmas. Item arrived but the batteries in both the remotes were corroded and one of the bots doesn't work properly (is slow and loses charge after 3 minutes). Emailed the company and it bounced back multiple times. Texted the phone number on their website and was initially given the impression that I might get a replacement posted, but then they have messed me around with a text message here and there and now radio silence. Because they initially gave impression I would get replacement I did not get a claim into PayPal in time, so they know what they are doing. It's a scam.
