Been taken on a medical device

You took my money immediately! before I ever heard anything from you, and then when I did it was only after I sent a request asking if my walked was on its way or if you just took my money! When the walker did show up it IS NOT what I ordered, it is a heavy-duty standard grip walker instead of the upright unit I ordered. I have had two back surgeries and needed the upright unit, I rate your service and customer care as sub-par and would not recommend your business to anyone, no e-mails or chats are answered, and the only US phone number is not in service. The better business bureau is being contacted.

Reason for Rating

I am canceling my order, due to the fact a Walker for the disabled was ordered 10 days ago and I have not received a confirmation of the order or a shipping date. I needed this item ASAP and had to go out & purchase one I could pick up. I was given the impression the manufacturer was shipping right away.
Ten days is way to long to wait for any kind of confirmation or acknowledgement of when the order would be available.
Please cancel this order, as I have cancelled payment. Thank You.

Took a medium amount of effort to put together.Luckily, I had 2 friends - both more mobile than I - visiting to help. Very much worth the effort! Great support while walking upright and helping keep good posture. Good solid piece of equipment. Glad I bought it. Terrific for a slow roll around the neighborhood.

I think I expected more than what the…

I think I expected more than what the toy would do for the money I paid for it.

After a day of playing with my 2 yr. old grandson the sound buttons quit working.

Not that he played with them that much.

It wasn't as durable as expected with the price of the toy.

No Customer Service

Received an email saying my order was cancelled by myself, when I did not i reached back and no response. I wanted the item as a gift for my Grandson’s birthday, but, now I will have to look elsewhere.

Excellent equipment for the money

Excellent equipment for the money. I was up to a mile walking the first day, after being mostly immobile for over a year due to slipped disc in my spine against a nerve. Thanks to your equipment.

The item shipped fast and came as…

The item shipped fast and came as expected but the axle on the 4 wheeler was too long I had to purchase washers to get the slack out of the rear axle but so far so good after that, I didn’t want to send it back because my sons birthday was just two days away.

I was VERY satisfied with the product

I was VERY satisfied with the product. My grandson got on it about 7 am the day It arrived and rode all day up until 9 pm. He enjoyed himself and putting it together was very easy. He’s 3 and handled it well. Thank you for putting a smile on Jayceon’s face.

Great experience with this company

Great experience with this company. Ordered something that came, and didn't work with the TV I had, so they shipped a new and updated version (and only asked for a quick video to check I had installed it correctly). They were amazing on timeliness and customer service...would buy here again.

It works fine

It works fine. Since it has no box the only way to switch games is to unplug and plug in every time I want a new game. That's old already. It took 40 days to get it.
